They keep phoning me about my Cell C account, and they continue to Harassments by email and on my cell phone. I know that I owe but I keep telling them that LTS Solutions are dealing with my accounts that are owing. They also keep sending threatening emails to say they will take legal action.
THE keep calling me and threatening me they are going to issue summons because I only pay what I can afford. I cannot afford more then the amount I pay.
They keep harassing's me regarding payment which I make every month, I make the payment that is sent on the sms on my phone. So they want me to pay more which I cannot afford to do at the moment.
They keep calling about my Finchoice account and I keep telling them that I am under debt review. They are becoming a nuisance and honestly a pain in the bum
They called my husband regarding our outstanding account in the sum of R5000.00 and the manner they spoke to my husband was unacceptable. I had promised to make payment but have landed up myself in a financially strain where I am unable to make payment. They say they tried calling me regarding payment arrangement and they obviously have the wrong number. I left several messages for someone to contact me and to date that also hasn't seem to have happened.
I called the Cell C Customer Care line on 02 December 2021 to complain that no one called to make a payment arrangement. They gave me a reference number 1120202795 for the payment arrangement but to date no one has had the decency to call me regarding payment arrangement. I specifically asked that they call before debiting my account for December 2021 so that we can come up with some arrangement so that they don't debit my account to make up my arrears with them. I have other accounts to pay which they don't understand that they are making me broke before I can even pay my other creditors. I have had consistent bad service from them regarding my accounts. Once again I am a long standing customer with this service provider and they don't have the decency to be sympathetic with me as I am going through a rough patch and financial strain.
I wrote a complaint about cell c last week Friday and no one has even bothered to contact me regarding being in arrears by one month and even haven't had the decency to unblock my personal line. I have been a long outstanding client and when you fall into hard times no one from Cell C is willing to listen or help you in anyway!! I will never recommend them to any of my friends or family.
Cell C collection department refuses to reactivate my contract phone even though I paid half of the arrears on one of three contracts I have with them. My Wifi's are working even though I am also in arrears with all the Wifi's contracts and they haven't suspended the lines for all three. The one Wifi contract I have misplaced the sim card and still paying for a sim card that I am not using. I have been a long outstanding customer and when you fall onto hard times they don't seem to understand and listen and refuse to suggest alternative solutions. All I ask that they reactivate my phone as I use this for work and personally reasons.
