Im highly disappointed with the service im getting with regards to a parcel of which was delivered to someone without my consent i was promised by nicole that my issue will be resolved but till to date im being given excuses i want answers as i used funds to purchase this parcel so if youre not willing to help let me know cos clearly my query is not of importance grant brown needs to see this ive asked for management no one is taking me serious if you dont want to help say so
We were given incorrect vouchers by on of the ladies at the till in Alberton New Market store,we went back to inform the lady by the name of Ntombi at the till but she was adamant that she gave us the correct vouchers she called her manager who wasn't helpful instead she gave us attitude we left the vouchers there as they were not helpful the service was horrible,they still giving us a solution till to Date which is ridiculous
Till to this day I haven't received my Credit refund its almost a month they don't even get back you with regards to your refund for big and established company like takealot this Useless service I've been their client for while I'm highly disappointed with how they delt with this Issue the agents all full of excuses and lies mxm
Pathetic Service ordered a Card weeks ago as I've lost my wallet till to this day i haven't received my Bank card this is really ridiculous especially coming from a big company like standard im truly disappointed by their agents cant solve a problem mxm
Rito the agent wasnt helpfull at all was asking for a simple thing for them to allocate my funds till now nothing and just so we clear I'm not stupid I know what a pdf is I've sent it but they telling me its invalid what nonsense is this exactly betway and their ways for a big corporate their serive is rubbish
For a big company their incompetent they dont follow up with their clients poor service some of the agents are rude and cant solve problems I'm really not happy with their serivce I wouldn't recommend them to friends and family
I ordered a rooter last month it's been 3 weeks now no delivery they didnt even bother to contact me to apologize for the delay this is pathetic honestly especially for a big company like telkom I wouldn't recommend their services really poor service from them not happy at all
Betway Service is horrific honestly its very funny coz their an established Company but the way they treat their customers really is disgusting,I dont maybe you need to improve your IT systems I mean till now my account has been topped up the agents are all useless telling me I didnt send proof of payment which I did now several times this is the only platform where they jump when they see that you complaining about them and dont you dare delete my complaint I'm sick of this
I'm Tired of facing the same problem with these useless agents I've been patient with them telling me to wait for 24hrs well it's been 24hrs still my account hasnt been topped up clearly they dont take customer service seriously can I get an explanation as to why I sent the proof of payment several times it still no feedback or anything this is ridiculous honestly
My experience with betway hasnt been great thus far your agents arent helping can my query be resolved my account hasnt been topped up till to date your service is **** honestly I hate the fact that you hardly inform us of the progress of the query you just keep quiet I work with customers as well and this is just ridiculous service for a big company like betway no man
