Unprofessional Conduct. I am very upset with the service I received from Lizelle Bilgnaut.
What a horrible experience with this company. I am a 1st time buyer on Shein and my App shows that Buffalo will be delivering between the 04/09/2025-09/09/2025, my parcel has not delivered and there has been no communication regarding a delayed delivery. My order was supposed to be a gift, however, due to Buffalo’s incompetence I did not deliver the gift on time. I have called in and was advised that it will be escalated but till now I have not received any communication nor a call. I have heard my colleagues complaining about Buffalo but I did not think I would experience such bad service. No one can give me a straight answer as to when my parcel will be delivered.
I have had the most horrible experience with Sanlam Umbrella Fund… I worked for a certain employer and our pension/provident fund was with Sanlam. I cash out my money when I resigned but now I am struggling to get the correct Tax directive so I file my returns. I have been fighting to get this resolved since 2021 and till do it has not been resolved. Sanlam Umbrella fund issued an incorrect tax directive to SARS and are failing to resolve it. I have called, sent emailed but it has not been resolved. The most annoying part is that I cannot do my tax returns and SARs has been penalising me every year because of this. All these penalties I have to pay yet this is a mess that Sanlam created. I feel sorry for those who have money invested with Sanlam Umbrella Fund.
Such terrible service I received from FNB.. I called in Monday requesting for assistance in reversing an incorrect amount that went off my account. They advised that since it does not appear on my debit orders I need to complete a reversal form. I completed the form on the same day ( Monday) and emailed it to FNB. I got an automated response advising that my request will take 5 working days. Today I called and spoke to Darren, whose line was extremely bad due to his network. He advised that the request would take 7-30 working days..This time frame is 1stly not the one I got when I sent the form and even the lady that sent me the form said 3-5 working days.. I need this to be resolved as per the initial time frame. Such a big bank needs to have proper SLA in place. This is nonsense
I was assisted by a guy called Andrew at MitMak Pretoria North. I had the most amazing experience with my car purchase. I dnt think I have ever seen such dedication and commitment from someone. He was so helpful, informative, always updated me on my application status. He ensure that everything runs smooth and for that I would highly recommend him.
Horrible doesn’t even describe my experience with them. I have a service plan with them and this is my first time claiming. It has been 3 days and I m still sitting without a car because the MVIA has not made payment. When I call them I keep getting through to a useless consultant called Nadia in the claims department who is not helpful at all. I have asked to speak to someone in management and she refused. This is one company I regret taking a policy with and I would never recommend them to anyone. I left Liquid Capital and I must say it’s the worst decision I have ever made. I have a car but I m using public transport because this **** company has not paid my claim. They have been debiting my account and today when I call about my claim they tell me about a queue system. I have followed everything they advised on but still my claim is not paid. To think I nearly told my mom to take a service plan with them😏.. They are Utter Nonsense and I highly advise that no one uses them even if you are desperate for cover. If I could give them a zero as a rating I would.. I wish I had gone through the reviews because nothing good is being said about them even dealership warn you against them.
I took out a personal loan with FNB and inFeb 2023 I settled my loan but I was still debited for the same loan I settled… I called the loans department and even went to the branch in Clearwater Roodepoort but till today I have received my refund and I was still charged interest..I am banking with them so I wanna switch banks because they do as they please.
I received excellent service from Thabane. He was very helpful and educated me alot on my benefits. Thank you
