I have since last year September/October requested for a section 14 from Old Mutual. As is I am still waiting for form H and there has not been any communication from Lee-Anne Van Eden regarding Form H that was supposed to have been submit to Allan Gray on 13 June 2025 that was long been requested from them. This is rather frustrating and unprofessional.
Uber Eats and its driver are ****ing us off our money with false delivery information and when our order is not delivered they don't refund. I have been waiting for my order since 12:05. Even the agent can't get hold of the deli guy
****ty service drivers. I ordered from Uber Eats Pedros,Quagga on 22 Not 2024 at 17:58 to be delivered to 1 Military Police School. The order was a card payment. Order was never delivered and then the driver on the app put a picture of my order delivered on a grass portion. We don't have grass by our gate. Bearing in mind that it a military establishment where there are guards at the gate and a huge pavement. I call the customer care and they told me to call the shop. Shop said uber eats. I wrote on the app and still no response , no refund. This is the second time this happens and only when one makes a cash or payment on delivery, one will receive their order. Am told that they can't assist. Uber eats blames the shop and the shop says, uber eats which for me makes sense. I want my money back as the driver never even made it to the delivery address. We don't have grass by the entrance of the gate/unit. Either Uber eats sorts this matter out or ..... I even called 0105002150
Roman's Pizza Jean Crossing. So I ordered pizza and informed the driver via the app that I see that the delivery says something and not the address I put in. He said that he is not allowed to change location and sent me a picture of my order on the pavement.
Some time last year Rain had a R1 promotion. And I got the offer. Then within a week, there was no network and I kept calling and was told to move the router and put it by the window which I did but still then they kept saying it is the weather then blamed it on the area. As if I would move office because of Wi-fi. Then within the 2nd week, I canceled their service and was told that they will come to collect their sum and router. Which they did. Am now surprised that am receiving smses saying that I owe them R2200. How so when their network never worked and I had to cancel and move to another network. Worse I did not even get network not even once for the whole day? I was the one calling and they even said that they will send a technician which never did. When I asked where can I locate their office they said that they work remotely? Worst service provider ever and **** too
So ASAP pick n pay (in Pretoria) is really bad with service. So I ordered with my address (Thaba Tshwane military area) and I received my first order 15 Feb 2024. Today I order again and guess what the delivery driver says he is not allowed in. Order is canceled by Pick n pay after 2 lengthy calls. I reorder, boom same story. Now I ask the driver to let me speak to the guard(military practitioner at the boom gate) he says the driver can't proof identity and has no papers on him. I ask him what papers he says his passport so he can't allow him access. Bear in mind the first order had the same problem and I made it clear that if it is a Foreign National person coming to deliver they should have their proof of identity. Guess what the guy wasn't informed and he says to come 2.3km to collect the order which is impossible. Am not mobile hence I ordered. Hayi this is frustrating as now am inconvenienced. Why can't they just like Sixty60 say that they don't service our area?
I am being transferred from Durban to Pretoria. As a result I had to look for accommodation and rely on pics sent by the lessor. Property will only be available on 1 Fen 2024. I paid the deposit (R4950) , admin fee (R2000) and rent for Fen (R4950). Due to my asthma am forced to relocate. I informed the lady via whats app that am in pta and due to my health problems won't be staying. I emailed them too. I was then informed that due loss of income from the lessor side I must still pay that rent as advised by their lawyer. I haven't moved in. They still have the keys. The tenant(current one) is still there. The lease doesn't mention anything about cancelation before occupancy. How do I forfeit my money when they have not yet even given me the keys? I am still waiting for feedback from my legal advisor. They didn't want to provide their legal advisors number as previously stated that they were advised by their legal that I forfeit.
So I have the Lte uncapped WiFi. There has never being a month ever since I have started using Mweb whereby I don't get internet issues. When I call they either put you on hold for very long intentionally ensuring that you run out of airtime, or blame MTN and say call MTN. When you call MTN it ensures you that all is ok on their side the problem is with Mweb. As is am not connected on the wifi but it says no internet. Mweb service is the worst and they never resolve any of the issues I have brought forward instead they are too quick to debit and would not even say since you never had internet connection for so and so many days, we will discount. Good day. So Vox advertised data for R179pm. I applied and recieved a call from their clerk or agent. She never mentioned that the router must be paid off once off and it not covered on the R179pm amount. When they sent me the terms and conditions as well as invoice, I contacted them to say that I don't accept their terms and conditions as I was not informed of the R1479 for the router and the R80 for router. Then requested for my order to be cancelled. I received a reference number. Then the good were delivered and still I made contact to inform them that I need to return their things. Bear in mind, the service was never activated and the goods are still sealed yet am now billed R2448.01. Why am I being for their lack of information and incompetency?
