They do not respond to online enquiries for accessories or service complaints. Still waiting for a warranty hooter that was supposedly ordered on the 1st service , now past second service and no hooter , a bit dangerous hope I dont need it urgently.
WOW , When they respond to a complaint they cant even match the name to the number. Very unprofessional handling of complaints , totally rude attitude.
I was physically assaulted by a customer in the store for mistaking him for a staff member and the real staff just stood by and watched
My daughter purchased a gift voucher from Spur online as a fathers day gift to me because she was stuck in the UK during lockdown , the voucher was in Rands etc. When I attempted to redeem it or use it at Rocky peak spur , they said it was not valid , even when they telephoned the head office they said the same , No explanation or help offered in solving the issue just more or less told to forget it. Spur head office through emails eventually sorted it out. But why did I have to go through this ,surely it should have been sorted out in the store , why did head office or the store not ask for my details so that they could get back to me , really made me feel like I was begging for a meal , NOT GOOD !!!!
8 months after finishing my contract , telkom still keep debiting my account with strange amounts, surely this is fraud as the amounts are never the same and sometimes two happen in 1 month. I need to lay a charge of theft I think.
Nedbank asked my to update my card, they gave me a new card with an association to American Express which is embossed on the card even though it was for my normal account. None of the places that I attempted to purchase from accept American Express, how embarrassing made me feel like a fraudster !!!I complained via email but no response. Thanks a lot Nedbank for causing all the inconvenience.
Beware , these guys stripped the engine on my Ford ranger without quoting first and then when I declined the quote they just threw the pieces of the stripped engine onto the back of the bakkie and threatened me with storage charges, damage was done to the body of the vehicle and now I have to buy a new engine because they destroyed the engine that only had 80 000km on. Total extortionist !!!!
Amazing I paid R4000-00 to have my engine stripped and thrown onto the back of the van and told to come and collect it or face storage costs because I turned down their quote !!! WOW thats good customer service !!!
Make sure you get a quote before any work is done. They strip your engine and hit you with a massive quote for an engine rebuild and then still cant tell you what the fault is. Hold you to ransom by striping your engine.
Warning to all , make sure you get a quote before any work is done on your car. Stripped my engine and held to ransom with a quote only provided once the engine was stripped.
