My family and I have had the best experience in John Dory's Liberty Mall PMB , Their service is excellent, staff welcoming, friendly and patient with my 6 year old. Our meals were prepared on time , the manager did her duties to check if we are okay , asssisted us with the John Dorys App so thhat we can get points , we left with a smile , this store is one of the best.
I have been in the branch in PMB, uploaded all my documents, tand hey said my money will be paid out in the week of 25/08/2025. I did my taxes in July 2025 It is now 08/10/2025 I have more than 10 case numbers, I call them everyday , each consultant has a different story , They escalated my matter, and they said 21 Days

Do not ever sign up with these people They are a bunch of ****mers I paid them over 20 000 and they did not help me at all. East coast radio should stop advertising them
Absolutely Poor Service My car was towed to Bruce, had pictures of evidence from the tow truck driver and the workshop manager admitted that they caused 2 big dents. The dents were sorted by another panel beater on my costs. When you message the workshop managers to compensate you.. They read and not reply
This xompany is absolutely Unprofessional.. They crashed my stationary vehicle, ans promised me a courtesy vehicle. I picked the vehicle up it was not road worthy and they promised to replace it today which is the 28th of May 2022.Bilal the owner has not provided the vehicle and the company is now closed for the weekend, inconveniences to me having to take taxis
I have placed an order online ON THE 28/11/2020 CAS-802301. They have taken my money off my account, the order stated failed. They stated it takes 2-4 working days for the money to be put back into my account, today is the 5th day.I have been wasting my airtime calling the helpline
I have just experienced an amazing service from Imke De Vries, who helped me choose the best plan for my Dog, she was very swift and knew exactly which plan suited my pet best. She was very knowledgeable and knew her product very well.I can now rest assured that my Dog is covered.
I have been with this company for many years and just had the worse experience. My scenario was that I claimed for my stolen phone which was insured for R5800,00, I was told telephonically and on the email that if they could not replace my model device which was the Huawei, they would give me a few options to choose from, however, I got a call yesterday to say that I have only one option which was the Huawei Y6P, I had to say yes as the lady clearly stated there are no other devices. I received the phone this morning and even though the model is later than my p10 lite , this phone has fewer features and is no comparison to my p10lite. I then decided to visit the site that the Y6P was purchased and found out that the phone they had purchased was valued at R2950. I was extremely frustrated and I called them and they told me they had no stock of other phones, which is a lie. This is my policy number 24HRFGW116069
I have had the worse experience with Cell C. My phone was stolen last week and I need an ITC number to claim from my insurance. I logged a case with Cell C last week Thursday, I have not received any help or any ITC number.They did ask me to go to the store and I will get the number, which I did, but unfortunately, no number could be given. I have got an affidavid from the police station , but nothing from CELL C!
