I made an online layby at Russell's...when I made the payment it went thru on my side but the browser didn't take me back to Russell's page, which made the transaction seem like it was not completed. The order status went to cancel and that's been the case ever since. I sent numerous emails with the proof of payment, even engaged with them on Facebook messenger but this matter is still unresolved and this has been a case of last month around month end. I just want my order to be reinstated is that too much to ask.
I logged a query about a missing payment that was made towards a Nedbank recipient in May using payshap and this query was made in June around 11th...up to this day I have no feedback from Capitec bank. The query is no longer available when I want to check the status on WhatsApp and I have been the one who keeps calling the bank to find out about the end results. Last time I was informed that Capitec is still in communication with nedbank, looks like this thing is going to take a whole year...very very disappointed with the service.
In March I did an upgrade on my data subscription...which was 400GB and suddenly went to 300GB without any communication...when I complained I was told it was initially like that from the start but I was getting 400GB from the start. So this guy Philasande made me sign up for 400GB for R400 said it's a promotion...when my data was loaded I received 300GB I complained from that day up until now it's not sorted...even the manager can't come with anything concrete. Today is 27 May and I received 222.00GB that is less than 300GB...there's no way from midnight that my phone can use 78GB while was sleeping. What kinda joke is MTN taking me for

I bought a Skyworth 43 inch TV online at game on the 29 April, the delivery turn around is written 2 - 5 days but still today the order is moved to the next business day. The courier wumdrop informed me on the 6th May that they don't find the order when they go to collect it for delivery, it isn't ready. The status on the order is 'handed to courier' I want a refund.

Final Notice of CUT OFF: ******************, Pay R301.70 urgently on your Telkom acc at ABSA into NuDebt Trust, Acc ********** Ref: ***************, to stay connected and avoid being disconnected. Call 0117245668 . Account was canceled after 24 months, on the 25th month to be exact... My question is why continue with service but it already went beyond the actual contract... We bill you on the 1st day of each month, she said... Correction my account was billed on the last day on each month, so is the current one... You debit my account on the last day and 1st day I expect data on my Sim card, simple... The account in question was beyond 24 months, and was billed for for the full 24 months, when I canceled my account, I never used it coz I was in the Eastern Cape and there's no coverage, January 2021 when I got back to the Western Cape, number had no network, but I was billed on the last day of December 2020. I was happy to reverse my R99.00. I don't owe you anything, retract the nonsense you sent to NuDebt for collection. And expect me to cancel the current contract coz you are crooks for a business.
Before the full 24 months of my contract with telkom, numerous emails came in about an upgrade, even phone calls. I made it clear that I am not upgrade, I'm just seeing out the contract til it ends and then that's it no more data. To my surprise the debit went from R139 to R99 mind you I'm using Capitec it won't show on my notifications. But coz I am aware of my money, I checked my debits. Early December, I requested a cancelation of service coz already I was beyond 24 months, around the 6th December email came and informed me that the service has been successfully canceled. Month end December R99.00 debit came, I reversed, in January 2021 on the 15th R301.67 if I'm not mistaken was debited, I reversed it. I recently received an sms informing me that due to that R301.67 that was not paid, the account has been handed over for debt collection, wow what does telkom want with me?
You know insurance companies week in, week out they will send you messages about getting quotes and that their premium will be cheaper than what you are currently paying. So OUTsurance sent me an sms and that if they can't beat my current premium, they will pay me R500.00 for the quote. I replied YES and a consultant called me back, we did the quote and it was double what I am currently paying. The process of the claim took place and communication continued, as to the necessary documentation and all. Later, they informed me that I qualify for the R500.00 promo, in 2 or 3 working days it was paid to my elected account. For that I applaud OUTsurance for being true to their word, thank you.
After getting approval from the insurance company to have the windshield replaced as the crack on it was not repairable. On the 1st July the windshield was replaced at PG Glass Bellville, my appointment was 10am and apparently they needed the car for around 3 hours. We did the prei-nspection and then I took a walk with my friend to the Bellville CBD, as I was told I was going to be given a call upon completion. Around 1pm still no phone call, I slowly made my way back to their premises. I saw the vehicle parked outside as I was approaching, I went in, I didn't ask why I wasn't called to be informed about the job completion. I was given a key to go and inspect the vehicle, I put the vehicle ON and ran the wipers and they went all the way to the rubber trim on the edge of the windshield. I went back in and reported this, the technician came to adjust the wipers, I mean how come you miss something like that? I made my way back in and paid my debt, left for home. I passed by a friend's house and my friend was happy for me as nothing showed that my windshield my actually a replacement, but upon taking a closer look, the rubber trim on the left and side of the windshield was not fitted correctly as some parts of it didn't went over the windshield. That wasn't necessarily a problem cause I just pulled it over, then it was OK. Upon arriving at home I had a bit of a disturbing noise, like a noise of a glass bouncing while the engine is running. OK I told myself that I have to pay attention to this. OK the company told me that I must not have the car washed for 2 days, and that was OK no problem. The next day I drove the vehicle in the morning around 5am in the morning, and I couldnt help but feel very cold air flow around the dash and with no air conditioner operation. On the next morning I noticed how I suddenly had flu and the way the air was blowing more especially on high speeds, I was forced to wear a mask inside my own car. I thought I must give this Time, maybe it will go away, but no it didn't. I had two other people who I had asked to pay attention to this as well and they confirmed with me that indeed there's wind coming in the dash, we even put on a paper on the end of the dash and I was moving mad. I called the auto company and obviously I am connected to a call center where I have to explain and be put straight through to PG Glass Bellville branch and OK, I was called in to have the vehicle looked on the same day, I had to make 14:30 and it was just 14:00, I did my best and made 14:45 can't exactly get a ticket, had to obey the rules of the road. Upon my arrival I spoke with the consultant who assisted me over the phone, they requested the vehicle inside and one of the technician asked questions and looked at the vehicle. Unfortunately, due to traffic at the time, the vehicle could not be driven so they can also attest to the problem I was having, a booking for repair was made for the same week on a Friday morning. I left their premises and went home, Friday morning I was there before 8am. My vehicle was requested in, I was introduced to my technician but then I was asked if he can quickly check a quantum driver window that had a problem going up and down. I said it is fine, that took him till past 9am to finish. We talked a bit about the problem and then it was required that I drive with me so he can get a proper diagnosis. My journey with him took about 19 km as in total and indeed he experienced what I was having a problem with. Upon our arrival at the premises when he opened the bonnet, removed the cover to get to the windshield, he did feel that the adhesive had gaps and I also felt that. He told me that he will have to take it out and put it back again. He started with the job and I had to sit on the waiting area, he completed the job and I was informed that I could drive the vehicle at 11am. I signed the papers at 11am and the vehicle was inspected, what wasn't right the technician attended to it with ease. I was told to remove the tapes when I get home, it was a raining day, so I asked what the wind and rain remove them before I do cause that's what is going to happen. No problem, there's nothing that can be done obviously. I drove home, no wind coming through my dashboard anymore. All thanks to the technician who did the job second time. Now there's the issue of the windshield rattling on an uneven road and it is really scary, annoying at the same time. You just don't know what could happen someday. I am asking myself, I go back home in the Eastern Cape and driving on the gravel road is going to be very stressful. What can be done to make the issue go away?
Last week friday, I received a call from DSL TELECOM after they had sent me an email the previous day, as to make me aware that my current contract is ending in three months time. There were new deals or packages that I had to decide on before month end. So then I replied back to the email requesting a call back. Indeed the call came through friday morning, I was well assisted and I took out the same package that is still current but the good thing is I am going to save on the new deal. I also took mifi router that enables to be mobile as well. We wrap up the call, all was well. In less than 5 minutes I received another call, due to the connection which was poor, I had to go down from the second floor to be able to get better connection. The Gentleman on the other end was so patient, well what I remember about what he said initially was that he is confirming the Contract Renewal, so I had thought that it is still DSL TELECOM. You know sometimes companies have those people who evaluate that we are aware of what we have entered into. This gentleman didn't have to dig information from me, he had everything in front of him, he confirmed everything and terms conditions and all. I received an email from the consultant from DSL TELECOM, follow per the instructions on the email and even signed a contract, sent it back to him. 2020 January 21, I received an sms which didn't download in full, but it made me aware that my order will be delivered. Few minutes later courier guy called, I said I be available on my delivery address all day. He arrived in the afternoon, we both signed the POD with details of whats inside and my copy remained with. I opened the package and found that it was what I ordered, my mind slept as to what was written on the POD as in company name. To myself I thought it is just 'SELLDIRECT' a slogan maybe who knows. there was a simcard as well but I asked myself we had agreed to use the simcard that is on my current contract. I opened the mifi router box, the device was there, exactly the one on the email from DSL TELECOM. I never in my entire life hear or had any previous communication with SELLDIRECT of any form, no wonder my mind slept. I only wokeup from this bad dream, when I had forwarded the POD to DSL TELECOM, the consultant made me aware that it is not their company. This morning, I called SELLDIRECT, very arrogant consultants and distasteful clientele service. I was informed that the matter is escalated to the DISPUTE DEPARTMENT to listen to the recording and asses thus make a decision. I requested the recording to be sent to me as well but they refused. They didn't forget to inform that as I have opened the package, they will not take it back, I am liable and I must rather active the simcard and carry on like nothing happened right? My DSL TELECOM order will be delivered in a day or two, I have same packages, a legit and scam on the other hand. A company that I had never had communication with calls me just right after I have done a deal with the other and with all my information, how convenient is that? A lesson to everyone out there, don't and make sure you don't go through what I am going through right now.
