The owner is exceptionally rude. She hangs the phone up in peoples ears after being confronted as to why I am receiving messages at 00:30 on a Monday evening. The excuse I got was well some of us run our own business'. Some advise from others that do the same thing, respect business hours or family time or consider you may just have woken a sleeping child because you have no telephone etiquette..
Friendly and very professional. Extremely helpful and efficient. Would really recommend Bongiwe's service.

As per the Google search enquiring about my service plan it states... " Warrenty and Service plan. ALL HAVAL products are covered by a 5yr/100 000km which ever comes first." Haval is now telling me that my service plan was only 4years. My car is a 2020 model with 89 000km on the clock. Haval is trying to deny their mess up of wording and are saying there's nothing they can do. I expect HAVAL SA to reconsider their wording and at the same stand up to their current wording and provide me my service on Haval as in their Google search it is wat they say. How is it possible that HAVAL SA and haval edenvale tell me my so called service plan are different. One says 4yrs and one says 3yrs and as per Google it is yrs. I expect someone from haval to sort this out.
I have tried to cancel my phone insurance since SEPTEMBER last year. I got an email confirming it was canceled and I'm still being charged. Wen I try call to sort it out, I'm on hold for 30min before getting to a consultant. This is *******.
I had to put in 2cell phone claims and a car claim in a period of 3months and naked were great. They solved the claim quickly even over the Christmas period and very always in communication every step of the way. It was completely Hassel free
Firstly, standard bank just went an put insurance on my vehicle. secondly to actually get of them or the right department by calling is, is nearly impossible. Once to do get to an agent, its always the wrong department. No one can tell me what my vehicle is insured for or be able to send me a policy document. I would like to talk to an actual person and not get cut off.
I tried to order extras on my order and 4 staff members couldn't find it on the system. This includes 2 managers. To which I was told, head office has taken off all the extras, with such an "I don't care attitude." On top of that they got our order wrong twice.
Firstly it took 30min of someone permanently hanging up the phone everytime I called to get through. Then wen I got the dispenser to call me back they wouldn't even offer me over the counter meds or cream for my problem as I am pregnant n she expected a script for a cream. This is ridiculous and service shocking. I find this customer service shocking.
The staff were very friendly. The manager David provided exceptional service. The lodge was clean,tranquil and private. The grounds were well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay.
