Good day I will like to know how far are you with my refund? I called customer service today and i was told that my refund is pending because they didn't receive pop. I don't understand how come because i submitted my documents at the store on Monday the 22nd of September 2025,and when i was in store i was told that the refund takes 72 hours. Today I'm told it takes 2weeks.I'm still waiting the reference to be sent to me till now it's not sent.
I bought a new grand i10 2023 July, I took my car for it's 1st service last year 2024 and i was told i brought it in to soon, i must bring it in when it's on 15000km, Now it's in 15300km, i am told that i must pay R2700 for service because i didn't bring it in for service and it has a service plan. I don't have the R2700.
I have been sending emails from the past 2months now for my insurance cancelation,i got a call 2weeks back and i was transferred to another department to finalise my cancelation, it kept on ringing with no answer, so 1st insurance please cancel my insurance policy. Amd i hope you won't be debiting my account.
Pick n pay Kopanong" swazi inn", a cashier couldn't assist me instead she was rude, i wanted to withdraw sassa money, she told me that i won't withdraw because they do not offer sassa withdrawals, i asked to speak to her manage she said i can go look for the manager she doesn't know where she is, they i asked another lady that works there were can i withdraw she said i can use easypay atm to withdraw. What was so hard with that *********** cashier to tell me that. Some cashiers act like they are doing us a favour by assisting customers.
Netstar do not take their clients seriously,all they know is to debit my account while they can't deliver. A technician installed a tracker in my grand i10 but i can't see details of the grand i10, instead i have my old vehicle details on my app.i called them last week they said they will update it,till now there's no changes. When i tell them that i want to cancel my contract with them, they tell me i can't because i have a 2year contract with them. Netstar is just useless and unreliable.
HP Logo Write a review Lesedi R 4 reviews | Active since Aug 2019 18 May 2023, 18:10 Hyundai East Mall Incompetence I really had a bad experience with hyundai East Rand Mall,i traded in my car on friday 12 May 2023,i got a pre owned grand i10.after few days i got a call from Valentia who was assisting me with my application saying that Malebo the finance manager forgot to make me sign the settlement letter,so she asked if i can come to their offices.i couldn't go there to sign because i was at work and then asked if i can come on Saturday,Valencia said it will be late by Saturday for me to sign and the can't email nor bring the document to me because the document can't leave the office. Then she said if i don't come today 18 May 2023 they will have to cancel my deal,i said okay.They then came to my work place took the grand i10 and they gave me back the car i traded in dirty and with a flat tire. I am so disappointed with hyundai East Rand,why do i have to suffer for people's incompetence,why did they give me the grand i10 before checking their paperwork.i will not even go back to apply for a new application. I am really traumatized by this experience 💔

I have been ****med by Stephen motors dealership in kempton Park.they sold me a right off car,i just found out that my hyundai glide i20 2013 model,doesn't have airbags and it has been in an accident.worse part the car rolled in that accident.im so hurt.how can they sell me a car like that. And i can't take the car back to those ****mers.people should not buy their cars from Stephen auto motors.i had to learn the hard way,paying for a car that is not reliable and unsafe.i just don't know what to do or how and where to get help
Stephen auto dealership they are ****mers,im so 😡 i bought a hyundai i20 glide 2013 model in july last year 2023.this car is faulty and in the drivers side it has tilted on the side like it was on accident.so i wanted to trade it in with hyundai in east rand,i was told that the engine was changed and the kilos on the cluster they don't match with the one's the have on their system.if i could i was going to take the car back.1st time drivers must do research before buying cars from such ****mers.
I took my car to bosch to be checked,so they picked up few issues.we called motorite and they said they will only cover for hub and wheel bearing and a minor service,but they won't cover for clutch kit,wheel alignment,shocks etc.im really disappointed,i feel scammed.and mind you on their contract they have stated that,they do cover for clutch.now i have to pay out of my pocket but im paying motorite.im really annoyed.i just have to cancel this scammers
