Yesterday the 18th September i asked my sister to buy me streetwise 2, they gave me dry meat,its as if it was meat from the previous night, i would like to be refunded or given fresh meat because i wasted my money
I ordered pizza from Debonairs Kaalfontein and added extra sauce and extra chicken, what I received no one deserves to eat, not even a normal pizza should be like what they delivered, just tomato and mushrooms 2,i add extras coz I don't wanna eat a dry and very flat pizza but it doesn't seem to make any difference, if I receive a call from the manager Il be able to forward a whatsapp picture to them of what I got and my receipt as proof of the extras
Archive Festival mall, when you place a layby and go back to cancel it you will travel to the mall 5 times, and all the time you go back they say they don't have cash and before you cancel they must make money equal to the sneaker price first for the day, I don't get how that is a client's problem.... I think we have used more money for transportation to try and cancel since November and still get the same answer
I went to the Fix Mall of Tembisa, I was assisted by a lady named Gugu... She is efficient, friendly, and active... She has so much positive energy and understands "according to me" she's the face of the company, TFG needs people like her..... Give that lady a bells......
I did a online layby application on 26/12/2021,they sent me an email with their banking details on the Russells website site, I made a payment and am still waiting for confirmation, when I call them they tell me to call the finance department and the number does not go through, now I want to cancel the layby because they don't take their customers seriously, they just need to pay my money back
Bad service KFC Tembi mall-I placed an order for collection online and selected Tembi mall as a place of collection, I then sent someone to fetch the order with a screenshot of the online receipt, they refused to give the order because they wanted the name that was used, the name was confirmed but they still refused to give the order, my father had to call me to confirm my name again which he knows to be correct, they didn't even care to use their phone and call me to confirm what they wanted to confirm, the receipt has all the information unless KFC misleads customers, this has wasted time and airtime as this was paid online, they were supposed to check on their side when a name was given instead of turning my father into a fool infront of their customers, this is humiliation and it shows people don't want to do their jobs, must we order and look for our orders in store? This is very very bad service, they didn't take the necessary steps to fulfill the customer's satisfaction and this needs to be rectified by all means, then they served me dry meat with the money I spent, 9 pieces of chicken.... All of them were dry, I hate bad service because we spend our money we work hard for to get the best but people take customer loyalty for granted, they do not respect that they have jobs while other people don't, this is a company and it being in ekasi does not mean they serve stupid people, I have thrown away my money indeed

I ordered McDonald's Nazo meals with Swypa delivery, total amount should have cost R200 plus the delivery fee of R40.. They however charged me +-380,i sent them a whatsapp message and they called and advised they do see the amount and will get back to me, I waited and sent them another whatsapp, they responded and advised they will contact me on Monday, I still have not received any phone call.... I think they just ripped me off, or do their drivers add their own food on our bills, their service is bad, especially because they can't even do follow ups, it's money that we use to buy food.
Cambridge Food Mayibuye sold us rotten meat, blank in colour, we sent a child to buy meat and bought for all the amount given to him, but the meat has a funny smell and is black, this is food poison, how can a store sell such to people using their own money??
I placed an order online in October, they then confirmed order and that it was handed over to courier it, today I receive an email advising I'm being credited the money back P566349447, I had not canceled, I have been waiting for the order for weeks and they cancel my order? This is bad customer service
