Wouldn't you know it again, as per My previous complaint here on hello peter with you guys and yet I'm being contacted again!! This case will be opened up with the ombudsman again
You have 48 hours to give me proof of where you got my details and where I consented you may distribute them to companies to contact me on your behalf, failure to respond or provide proof within the designated time line I will report you to the information regulater of SA and take legal action against your agency
You have 48 hours to supply proof that I provided you with my information and concented to it bieng shared to external companies such as Iwyze, failure to provide proof I will report tou to the information regulator of SA and take legal action against you for the distribution of my personal details
You have 48 hours to send me proof of where you got my details from or who provided them to you, failure which I will report you to the information regulator of SA and persue legal action against you
I received a call from dot sure saying they have been assigned to me as a warranty specialist for a vehicle I have not had for many years furthermore apparently on behalf of mondo? To my knowledge I have never been I sure with either companies intact, when I questioned the person on the call and asked where they got my info from they said they system I then asked if they are aware of the popi act she confirmed yes and I asked again where the info came from and again she said the system and dropped the call, I believe this is a breach of the POPI Act and I'm happy to take this to the ombudsman should you not be able to prove where I concented you may use my personal details

Absolutely disgusting service from Mr price, make my first online order, their ***** department calls me a consultant Jolene refuses to give me any information as to why she's calling but pushes me for my personal details, when I refuse she gots ****y and clever, a week later om still trying to sort this bull**** out, your own ***** department couldn't even tell the consultant why the **** you idiots at the ***** department were calling requesting my details, now I must send an email and wait longer, ombudsman is going to have a field day with you
16 working days no refund received yet, the accounts lady doesn't care about ombudsman complaints nor does she care about you getting your money back, parts people said 1 week refund, accounts say up to 14 working days, followed up numerous times for nothing g, this would be a different story if you owed them money!!!
Absolutely effing pathetic, over two weeks still no refund of my R500 but they will get sales and someone to call you about a missed payment 10am on a public holiday where people don't get paid
Almost two weeks later and still no resolve from wesbank or feedback on complaints
