I am extending my disappointment regarding supersonic fibre. They are quick to email me threatening billings, but fail to investigate and provide professional service. It takes them 4 months to respond to emails, let alone calls because that is forever. This is very unprofessional Supersonic fibre company. Live up to your name in terms of servicing your clients.

I have a complaint regarding MTN and their service. I closed an account a year ago through a phone call. I was told by the consultant that my account is closed and that I don’t owe anything. Now, I was called by the billing department that I have an outstanding balance. I gave them a reference number for my cancellation. They promised to escalate and investigate the matter. However, this was not done and I never received any communication. Since then, I have been getting calls from debt collectors that I am owing MTN. I really wanna matter resolved.
I went to Cell C Westgate to do a sim swap and they could not help me. They said my number is inactive and therefore they cannot do a sim swap. They kept on telling me problems instead of providing solutions. I need my old number, cell c please provide solutions.
I went to do a sim swap at Vodacom Shop Westgate Mall and their service was good. Every time I go there I always get helped.
It is very disturbing to deal with untrained or poorly trained staff members. MTN is really unprofessional with the way they handle their cancellation process. Their staff member was not able to cancel my data contract and they continued to bill me right after I had cancelled. They are now handing me over to debt collectors. This is really unacceptable because it will ruin my credit record. I have been dealing with this since 2021 and they last said they will investigate the matter. To this day they have not. I am not going to take legal action against this unfair treatment.
I would like to thank Old Mutual for their good service and turnaround time that was exceptionally good.
It is with sad remarks that I had to withdraw rotten money from an FNB bank in Horizon branch in Gauteng. Where is quality assurance in this situation. The atm is loaded with broken money
I am writing this review to expose the bullying done by this company. They have been saying I owe after I cancelled my contract with them about 5 years ago. Even though I paid. They still bother me with sms. If they want money they should properly instead of creating a thwarted ****
Matrix keeps sending me annoying messages that I Owe them money for a device that I am not even using
