Shoprite Lenasia - ****** against fellow black by cashiers
Shoprite Lenasia. Some of the cashiers at Shoprite Signat Terrace Lenasia do not greet black African people. They only greet Indians, it has happened to me more than once when I am followed by an Indian lady, they would be greeted so nice. But me, I am asked only if I need plastic. They low class, hate themselves so much they wont even respect a fellow black person. They have made me dislike Shoprite in total.

Chicken Licken Cosmo Mall- Bad service
Chicken Licken Cosmo Mall has no regard for customers. 1. The lady taking orders had friends surrounding the till. They were viewing the photos on the phone. Talking about some baby / child. 2. They were very loud, even tarven noise is not like that. 3. They continued for about 20 minutes talking about someone else they met at Urban and joking and laughing. 4. They moved over to collections side. By this time, the lady/boy calling orders could not be heard clearly. I was sitting there when they mad fun of a lady who is partially deaf who couldn't hear hear order being called out because of the noise. 5. This was uncalled for and it was disgusting and distasteful to witness. 6. I really wish this outlet could just shut down if they treat people like this. They all should loose their jobs because NO ONE called them out, especially for the noise!

No delivery
I paid for my order 2 weeks ago, and no delivery is done to date. They keep on saying it will arrive this afternoon. their website says same day delivery but the story changes on the phone all the time. I will never use them again

Aramex - lost parcel - bad service
Parcel sent 15.03.2021 on 29.03.2021, parcel not received for overnight services. When tracking the parcel, been told that the waybill number is not tracking. Very very bad customer services online and none existence professionalism telephonically. Please never use, you will be throwing your money away. Olivia

Metro FM
I have a problem with the sound on Metro FM, especially on Dineo's show. When the DJs are talking, the volume goes down and when they start to play music and adverts the volume shoots up. This has been going on since 2017, I was in Joburg by then. I moved to Bloem for 2 years and I was experiencing the same thing. I am back in Joburg now, this is still continuing. At 10:44 just now, the news head lines were up, and Dineo takes over, I have to adjust the volume.

Inconvinience
PEP stores trade route mall: this shop sells towel diapers but they do not sell snappy fasteners. How do they expect the customers to buy towel diapers from shop and walk around the whole mall to look JUST only for the snappy fastener. I found this very UNPROFESSIONAL this past Saturday 16.11.2019. It is a very big inconvenience for an 8 month pregnant woman who doesn't want to walk around that much.
