This rain is pathetic I'm sick of it and their poor service, network pathetic
Why this company always give us problems, I always pay my account on the 26th of every month but now my account is locked for what reason I don't know, this is pathetic and disgusting service from rain, I need my account to be open as I'm still going to make payment on the 26th. Cell: 0727906947
Sometimes I fail to understand what kind of service us this company running, you call them they don't pickup but when it comes to other service they quick to jump in , I've been calling their customer number this morning and no one is picking up the call, this is really poor service. I would like comment about the service we are receiving especially from the Home Affairs Dept within the clinic the lady in she so unprofessional, I went there to collect my sons birth certificate and she was even there and when ask around they only she went out, how's that possible she just came in and went out without notifying anyone where shes going, this is a disgusting service she do as she please, her job is to serve but no she's got plenty of time to do her nonsense during working hours, this is pathetic service, disgusting.
Good day We took a home router from rain me and my wife recently we have calling them thousands time to their chargeable customer number and even today I haven't got any feedback from them and also we send many request for callback as they have that option even on that still it's been two months now trying to get hold of them.This is perthetic and disgusting to such companies who doesn't know what customer service is. We tolerated this poor, disgusting and pathetic service long enough.
Good day I have an issue the signal since the day before yesterday, I contacted multichoice via their whatsapp chat and spoke to one of their consultant who failed to assist me, he/she asked me few questions where I provided all the info they requested, the most one was the strength and quality which I have sent screenshot to him/she and everything was fine both strength and quality was on 100% after noticing that everything it's okay then came up with an excuse to say the issue is with my decoder because he/she couldn't figure what the problem is, how come such big or pathetic company like multichoice have no idea what the problem is or hire people's who doesn't have experience or knows what they talking about especially with their products. This is pathetic and disgusting to have this big company to know their products ins and out on how to assist their customers. I even sent them an email this morning and never received any feedback to show that they are useless, disgusting and pathetic. Even now I'm still without signal but they expect to pay full price month end or if not they block they block the channels because that is what they know more than anything, this is pathetic or poor customers service from a big company like multichoice. They are Blood sacking ticks when it comes money but provide disgusting customer care, I want my signal to be fixed asap. I can't tolerate this poor customer service The whole world should know how pathetic and disgusting this company is.
I experienced a poor service from the company itself while taking funeral cover or life cover, only to find what they advertise its the opposite when taking the cover and I received few calls from them and keep on advising them that I have canceled the policy, also keep on debiting my account, for past two I have been doing the reversal which cost me bank charges.
Good morning Please assist I have uncle who was severely injured from work whereby his finger was almost or 95% cut off but due to help of the doctors the finger was rejoined by stitches and also a wire has to be placed inside his finger for balance but still that finger us no longer working, he was admitted to leratong hospital for about 6/8 weeks and once discharged he followed all the protocols of claiming from labour also company worked for even now has happened, everything needed from him was provided, forms filled but still nothing and I myself wrote few emails to labour department to get the feedback but all I get was that auto response to come back to me or even try to call their number still the same no pick up. Please reach out to them or expose their poor service as Department of labour supposed to help us in such situations but instead they don't and my uncle's enquiry has been going on for years.
Good day Please assist I'm find this very strange, disappointing and very poor, this McDonald's Dobsonville Point had vacant for Crew Trainer whereby few employee app**** for that post but only one was called for an interview( Was that an interview or was that position reserved for that person) and played with other employees to apply just to fool everyone. What I don't understand is why was the position advertised from the beginning?, Is this fair to other employees whom app**** for that position?, Isn't all of them were supposed to be called for an interview and let best come right other than one person?, Was this consultant who interviewed that person to the other by not calling them or she a biased, ****** or have favourism, this to its pure ******** and please I need this consultant to be dealt with ASAP and recall everyone app**** for this vacant to be interviewed or the deal company deal her unfairly treatment. This is unacceptable., can she be exposed for this bad management of that store.
I have been experiencing signal problem with 1 channel Blitz it doesn't display clearly, I gave them all the info they requested from me including screenshot of it display and that was for the past month even I haven't received any feedback from, multichoice is such a disgusting company and offer poor customer service and I also have Dstv Internet which I can't recharge on my own, I was advised to use website even with that still I can't recharge and they have all the requested from me.This very very poor from such a big company and I pay them every month, why don't I have the freedom of enjoying my Dstv like any other person having it. I'm sick and tired keep following with this disgusting company and rotten,poor service.
