Signed up for vehicle insurance, chose my premium with excess amount which was not indicated as an estimate, completed all forms, inspections, and tracker, only to be debited twice not even the amount I agreed upon, without any description of what the debits are for, also my premium is not the amount I chose on the website, sent emails without no response from Pineapple about my query, quick to take your money, slacking with communication, would not recommend. I will be canceling this insurance as soon as possible.

Poor service for a first time client
Poor service, I was told by n sales representative that I cannot request a quote for parts on a engine overhaul. So I took my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service.
TVH PARTS SOUTH AFRICA PTY LTD 90 Electron Ave, Isando, Kempton Park, 1600 Auto parts store Requested a quote for a motor that we need parts on, sent a list through, received a quote from Isaac Longo, whom then added a part that I did not request, I emailed back, asking to revise the quote, to remove that and add something else, no response, sent another email, having to cc in I assume the sales dep, which I then got a response, and also a phone call, to which I was told to make up my mind, that he cannot revise the quote and I was interrupted when I wanted to ask why add something that I in fact did not want? So at the request of another sales person, to assist me with the quote, the phone was dropped in my ear. This is how clients get treated? Not professional at all, so my client accepted the quote, and now I am taking my business elsewhere.

Don't use skynet couriers
Awaiting delivery on a parcel for over a week, before closing for the festive season, kept calling the call center with no answer, emailing without response and contacting via WhatsApp with no response, tried calling the rustenburg branch, no answer, still no parcel, and absolutely no communication whatsoever from Skynet, absolutely poor client service. Will not recommend.

Awful client service
I called a week ago, for a quote from them, was called back to say they will access on Friday, Friday they called said they will be there at 16:00 in the afternoon, only to wait for nothing, called today, was kept on the line twice for a very long time.

Useless application
I was logged out of the application, now my number is not registered according to the application nor can I register it according to an sms I received because apparently it is already registered, ***??? And calling customer care is utterly useless!!!! No one knows nothing!!!! Reported the error just to be told to redownload the application.. even though the application is up to date... same story..

No service
How do you give the option to stop a debit order of an account closed last year yet the app does not let you stop any debit order?? I've been calling with no response none to my emails as well! Now I have to go into the bank to stop the debit and do a reversal?? If I'm even lucky to get assistance at month end. Very dissatisfied.

Most convenient app created for parents. Any news or update at your child's school, As soon as it's loaded you get notified immediately, I would highly recommend this to any school. No hassle in using at all.
