Midea Fridge
Purchased a Midea Fridge Freezer online from their distributor Lavant and had a very positive experience. A small glitch on their website was attended to in less than 30 minutes, and the rest of the process was spot on. The product itself seems flawless.

Poor Service
Not good. Parcel stuck in Pholokwane and can't get any updates. Lodged a support request. Nothing, absolute silence. WhatsApp doesn't recognise its own tracking number! I won't use this service again.

Service Levels.
Really Struggling with service at STANLIB where my life's savings are invested in an Annuity .On 3 occasions they have acknowledged my request to load the standard tax tables and even had a letter acknowledging this and various SMS's

Been going there 24 years, Was there, their very first day in business and happened to be there this past Saturday with a part of 12 and a few kids. Consistent food quality, great Pizza and fair value throughout. We had a great time!

Shame on You -Planet Fitness You make it s difficult to cancel a contract, its almost beyond belief. I am 66 year old pensioner and I feel exploited and frustrated On 23 March 2020 I sent an e mail to my local branch (Buzz) canceling my month to month off peak contract. I Heard nothing and payments stopped being deducted. No requests or anything. Almost a year later I get a letter of demand from Saya Recoveries which I chose to settle after some negotiation and answered their request to formal again cancel the contract. I was promised letter with 21 days acknowledging same. Hard nothing again. Today, I contacted the call center only to find that there is no record of my cancellation, settlement payment and my contract is still valid and in arears and I must pay another 2 months notice. Is Saya Recoveries a scam? I just don't know what to believe anymore.

Had my share of ups and downs with DHL wayback in my Corporate life. Now as an SME I braved the process of opening an account and shipping a trial shipment out of the USA. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Got here in 4 day****cellent help and assistance from Busi and Denzil in Johannesburg.

Work quality good. Not cheap but have stood by the word. Used them for many tears.
