Service is non existent. Asked 2 months ago for a debit order to be initiated. No acknowledgement on my request. Not even a response. Been trying to get a hold of the contact centre, NOTHING. Online chatbot does not even respond. Absolutely disgusted by the drop in service levels.
Be very wary of the service levels. Staff are absolutely *********** with a terrible attitude. That's when you actually get through to them. Been waiting for over a month for them to approve a wheelchair that's urgently needed post op. They really need to up their game and show some kind of compassion especially to members who lose limbs
Waiting for their case manager to get off their butt and approve authorized for a step down facility for my dad after he had his leg amputated. It's been 5 days and not yet approved. This is impacting his recovery. Absolutely shocked at the lack of efficiency from Medshield.
I had initially take out a contract with them on my business name. The consultant placed the contract on my personal name. When I asked to cancel due to the business being shut down, I had the complete run around from them. Eventually they agreed to a payment plan which I honored despite being unemployed. Paid that off and though it was done. 2 days ago I got a call from a collections company. I asked them to go back to Netstar and query why I am being asked to pay over R10k after making a settlement and payment arrangement. Nobody got back to me. The same day, they listed me as a default on ITC. What the hell kind of company does this to people. NEVER will i deal with this company again as it seems that they are out to rob the public.
Absolutely ********** service. They were asked by my mobile network provider to call me when they were at the gate. A new contact number was provided. After discussing with one of their consultants, he assure me that I would get my delivery in 2 days time. Call in on the expected day of delivery and a consultant says it will only be delivered in 4 days time. She promised to call me back but that never happened. I tried calling them back but no answer. Will NEVER recommend that anyone use this company due to their ********* conduct and pathetic service.
Pre ordered food from them. Driver could not get a hold of me due to network issues. She just left the food outside my gate on the floor and left. When I spoke with her later, she just laughed. Pathetic
I applied for fibre in October 2020. 8 days later, no response so I emailed to cancel. Then took out a contract with Vox. 2 months later on the 24th December 2020, I get an email stating my order has been accepted. My Vox fibre was already installed way before. Since then this company has been pestering me to pay invoices for a service that they do not provide. I even spoke with one of their collections agents who was supposedly meant to get back to me. Still no response. And today I get an email to state that they are listing a default against my name. What is wrong with Webafrica. Are they trying to extort money from people?
I was a month behind on my monthly payments before lockdown due to financial constraints. My phone still worked. One lockdown started, it became much more difficult to survive financially. My line was first softlocked which was detrimental to the industry I work in as I cannot function without a phone and internet. I had no choice but to bit pay my bill as I has to put food on the table for my children, and one if them is actually living with a disability. My number was then locked completely and I could not even receive smses or calls at all. Then Cell c sends me my bill. This included a "cancellation fee" of more than two times my regular contract amount. I did not request a cancellation. Yet they were so heartless to just cancel the contract on their own. Be careful people, Cell C has no compassion and wait to pounce on people who are suffering. I will NEVER take up anything with them again. They treat people like dirt and will tramp on you when you're down low.
After being given the run around by my insurance company, 3 weeks later, they approved the claim. My car was sent to Renew It Edenvale. The lady handling my case was Nomonde. She displayed great professionalism and empathy. What was expected to be a 3 week wait was expedited to under 2. This is not normally expected and I am extremely happy with the service and more than happy to recommend Renew-IT.
