I'd give them a 2 star just because th food was good but the service , very bad. I went to the cornubia branch. My husband and I went there on Sunday at around 11eish. We just came from a holiday. The waiter , Thula, was not pleasant at all. I placed an order with him, two minutes later I changed my mind about an item, I walked up to him as when I called he didn't respond, he said nothing can be changed. This baffled me as i placed the order just the. Then I asked for a jug of the juices they have. He said nothing is available, next minute I see him bring jugs for two tables. I never said anything. I ordered 500ml coke and passion fruit juice. H comes with a 300ml can and says they don't hav stock , didn't ask jus started opening the can. I felt he wanted us to rush out as he had a big table he was serving, Ive never left a R0 tip before this was the first time I did.
I can't even put a zero rating so I'm forced to put a one star. I ordered from Waterloo Debonairs. I added an instruction to add a mayo base. The lady at the store calls me to scold me, said I shouldn't just add what I want and do my own thing. I apologised as I didn't want her to do anything the food. She said this instruction is extra, I said I didn't know, can I cancel the order. She said she will do it this time next time don't do it again. Scary terrible customer service
I always place orders online, I placed 3 orders for 3 separate addresses for today, and for tomorrow. One was delivered for today, the second one I have been trying to get a hold of Westham from 1:05 pm, now it is 2:38pm. No answer on the landline and WhatsApp. No response to my WhatsApp messages. Why is service delivery so terrible 😔. I just want feedback????

Poor customer care. I don't know the menu off had therefore i always order on the self help i know what i am ordering . walked in to the cornubia branch, no self help station so i wnt to the cashier desk, waited a few minutes then she came. I asked for a menu, said 'Its up there ' i told her i dont want those items want the normal menu. No response. I walked out. Went kfc next door, great food good people.
Great service. Bubbly energy. As a parent you want your child to be treated great. Highly recommend Bounce cornubia. Great staff, very welcoming. My son enjoyed himself
Great service received from the pharmacy department only. Felt so helpful . they were educating me on a problem. Truly wonderful experience. Totally opposite from the cashier .
Disappointing and embarrassing service received from Cornubia Truworths. I normal order online as i don't have time to go out. I ordered a few items. 1 item was not suitable, was a lunch bag. I had the tags on and i printed the receipt. It has been 1.5 months i had it and supposed to return it. I went in not expecting a refund but maybe a gift card so i can buy online or if i do come back then can use at a later stage. I was told by the cashier to chose something and thy can exchange it. I agreed as i understand i took long to return it. So i went found something in the store , it was more so i siad i would pay the difference. I ended up going to another fashier by the name Tina. She said the item needs to be refunded in my credit card then purchase the new item. I said ok, but i couldnt remember my pin as i have never used my credit card instore ever, online doesnt require a pin. So the cashier seemed annoyed. She was talking to her collegue next to her and complainig. The manager, think that what she is, her name was Nadine. She said they will just do an exchange. I said that is what i wanted initially. Mind you the branch was busy and everyone was looking at me. So i said which card should i pay with. Nadine said anycard. But Tina said it has to b the credit card. So im standing there embarrassed as thy made me feel like i came there begging for something. I just told them if they cant do it just give me the bag back and i will leave. They talking amongst themselves and said they doing it. The level of service has seem to b lower than i expected to be from such a renowned franchise..Why does it happen, that the one time you have the chance to go out, and it just gets spoilt by someone who feels they know everything. 😔
I gave a one star because it was the lowest this review was allowing me. I visited Rocomamas in Suncoast for the first time. To say the experience , service and food was bad is an understatement I order two burgers, strips and bombs. It came to around R250 something. The burgers on its own was R150 for both . These burgers tasted like it was R30 maybe cheaper. The bombs were ok. The strips i cant tell you how it was as they neber gave it to me. I collexted my order and left, before leaving i always check my order but i was rushing as it was late , the cashier said all is there so i didn check. Now I'm home in Verulam, quiet a distance and i see nothing in the bag. She took my receipt . the only proof i have is on my bank statement. This is not alright at all!!!
