Virus of Service by Investec
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from Investec. Despite my repeated efforts, I have been met with incompetence unhelpfulness and disease of service. I submitted a transfer request to move my funds to ABSA, but my attempts to follow up have been unsuccessful. Phone calls have been met with busy signals and the lady on the other side tells me the lines are busy and we will call you back. Then I decided to visit the Sandton Investec and the security personnel gave me a serious attitude that I didn’t have an appointment. I am fed up and feel that Investec is unjustly withholding my funds without my rights. They don't care and excuse my French (---- ---- -- - --)

Discrimination
Zero rating. Was discriminated against and treated unfairly by the Estate Agent from Mandated Property Group. Their principal must act accordingly to ensure that their agents have proper conducts, treat people fairly with respect.

Sanral App is the best
Sanral App is great, interactive, and their customer center is top notch, they respond within a day or 2. My queries were resolved quicker. I advise all customers of Sanral to use the App rather than calling and email.

Poor Poor Service. Bad Customer Service
Poor customer service. they just want your money. late deliveries. wrong deliveries. they will never help you if you want to return an item that you are not satisfied with. I will never ever use them again and I hope others can stop using their service. Rip off. Bad customer service from agents like Candice Arens.
