Awesome experience at Hungry Lion lady at Riverside View,I went there to buy it was around 16H55 and the lady said no sir wait for 5 minutes to place your order as we have burger specials at 17H00, I save around R40 on my order. #BlackFriday

I went to Menlyn Maine centre to deposit money earlier today,the ATM kept on rejected some of the notes however proceeded with a certain amount, when I balance the returned notes and the one accepted by the ATM the balance didn't add up,I went inside the branch to lodge my complain and the matter was escalated and was told I will receive an SMS,upon my arrival at work I received an SMS stating that my request was declined because they can't trace any missing amount from the ATM,I then went back to the branch to understand what do they mean if they said they don't see any missing funds,the lady who was assisting me then spoke with her manager who then advised the consultant to escalate the matter to complaints manager,I was then given a second reference number and was also told to expect a call from another consultant who will assist me accordingly however till this far no call,I can't loose R2400 due to technical faults by their ATM,I need this matter to be resolved urgently as per TCF acts,can any relevant consultant attend to my matter as quickly as possible, we're talking about money here please Capitec....
I was billed by rain last night whereas I did not use their services due to none network coverage within my vicinity then I called their support structure regarding my refund and I was told a whole different story that was not initially disclosed,I want my money back and I called my bank to assist with the refund however they told me that they can't as this was not a debit however a payment,the reason I opted for rain was of the fact that I am not taking any contract as this was only pay as you use package so why do you Bill me if I haven't use any of your services,I want my money back and I will also warn those I referred to you to stop using your services as it's illegally taking my money without my concern and if this matter is not resolved urgently I'm taking tis matter to the highest authority (The ombudsman)and the ICASA for false advertising.
Awesome experience with staff when I enquired about their food hampers specials advertised on their social platform, amazing how one can really save during these trying times #30in30
