I Could not reset my password on website - never received email to re set it. Urgently needed to buy iPad so Went to Apple Store in v&A to get help. They could not do it either. Therefore could not order online ! So bought iPad at V&A and was supposed to be sent to CRESTA gor my staff to pick up. 12 days later. NO IPAD. Can’t call stores directly ! Endless calls back and forth

I use this app weekly. 70% of the time it works. 30% it does not Checkers works 100% of the time
online sales does not deliver until they have spoken to the receiver ! no other companies do this !! they had incorrect cell number as the call centre did not update my cell number. so my package got driven around all day and taken back to the warehouse ! i had spent the whole day calling them and no one could connect with the driver to remedy it. TERRIBLE LOGISTICS. i have heard no word from supervisor- zanele T via email or phone.
WORST accounts department When you pay with a credit card they never seem to record your payment and have been harassing me for 6 months to pay. I have sent proof multiple times. Can understand the error once but it happened a year ago with EXACT same problem. Sort out your systems guys.
Booked 3 tickets online for a show. Got email from computicket saying that show I booked has been rescheduled for 3 months time.I needed a refund as cannot attend. I called the helpline about 10 times through the day - no answer at all ! I used the online chat - no answer ! I eventually thought I would do it the old fashioned way and go to checkers counter , they said they have to call computicket first and get authorisation. The checkers counter lady was on Hold for 30 minutes - No answer ! Surely if you buy something online you Should be able to request a refund online ! RIDICULOUS “service “
I accidentally did an EFT for R7800 to a CLOSED FNB account I was not given my money back , no refund was granted
