Courier services- DO BETTER DAWN WING
The worst courier service ever. I have been waiting three days for a parcel to be delivered. The driver arrived at my work address at night—obviously, no one was there and didn’t even attempt to call me or reschedule. I’ve made numerous calls asking if the delivery can happen at a specific time (I understand that this may not always be possible), and every time a consultant promises to update the system and says the order is out for delivery. Yet, I’m still waiting! Three days and counting. Worst service—completely unreliable.

Three weeks of sending emails and still no reply. Gems is the worst medical aid under the sun.

Worst courier service
Ram has a parcel for 8 days now and a million excuses why it is not delivered yet. (It was suppose to take 3-5 days for delivery to take place.) I receive no communication from their side to state the issue. This is the worst courier company ever.

Poor quality
I bought a canvas pair of sneakers in Nov, 2023. The condition they are in is horrible, the white has changed to yellow and the laces have black stains on it. I have hardly worn them and have followed the washing instructions. I am very unhappy as these shoes don't come cheap.

Poor delivery service
My parcel was supposed to be delivered days ago. It was assigned to three different people; either item is not collected or they don't pitch up to collect it. I was never informed about this. I saw it on the tracking schedule. What a disgrace!

Poor customer service
After spending days and hours on the phone to get assistance to install my new router, I am getting transferred from the one call to the other, without success. This is the worst customer service that I have ever received.

Poor customer service
I am waiting 12 days for an order. After numerous phone calls and no updates on the app, I still haven't received my order yet. Neither was I notified that a product needs to be ordered from JHB, as CPT is out of stock apparently. 12 days and counting.

Poor service Dawn wing
Second time that their courier guys do not follow the delivery instructions for the time I have indicated when I will be home. Having endless problems to track and get my parcel. Very disappointing!!
