On 22nd December I placed an order for flowers, using a R200 gift voucher and paying the balance with Discovery Miles. I then cancelled the order within a few minutes. It is now the 18th January and I am still waiting for my refund. I have called numerous times, and I always get the same inane answer, your refund has been approved and will be in your account in the next 3 days. WHY keep lying to me. There is no refund. This was the latest message on the 4th January Hi, We’ve received your request for a refund. Your order has been referred to our accounts department, who will be processing your refund. Please note, the refund should reflect in your account within 72 working hours. Should you review your bank statements, the refund will appear at the date of the original payment. We’re sorry for not giving you the best experience. We realise that there's room for improvement, and hope that you'll give us a second chance to make it up to you soon! We are regular visitors to Bossa Burgundy Burger night Mondays. Excellent value for a burger of your choice for R69. Service is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
As a regular to the Peninsula, one can become blase about noticing and commenting on great service, as it is what we have come to expect. Well Chris and Bronwyn and the Rooms team and the Reception are always switched on and our check-in and out, overall service and accomodations are always superb. Congrats to the whole team for making our stays memorable ones....
On the 29th October I placed a click and collect order online for Okashi red whiskey @R239. Received my email confirmation etc. etc. on the 30th October, N1 city liquor store phoned to say they have no stock, and also to confirm no stores have stock. If that is true, why advertise on line? = false advertising….I then logged a complaint with Reference Number: 241728 and no one has come back to me yet. Poor customer service.
Policy Bumber: 4000042428 Geyser element gave hassles this morning, so I called Simon Ngoepe. He was very helpful and arranged for a call out to come to do the repairs. Simon followed up twice to ensure I was happy with my service.
