I would like to express my gratitude to The Courier Guy Support Centre, and the Queenstown Kiosk for the amazing customer service they provided to me. There was an address error with my Amazon package and the driver who delivered the package showed so much care and understanding and made a way for me to get my parcel. The Support Centre and the Queenstown Kiosk responded promptly to my emails and assisted me to get my parcel on time. Thank you so much guys for superb customer service and choosing to be kind. Much appreciated🥰🙏
Very poor customer support received from blue label connect. Requested simswap on the 29th December, until today it has not been sorted. When calling the contact centre am told it was added to the list and there is no direct number to contact the office that processes the simswaps. Its been 7 days without a phone at this time of the year, this is phathetic.
I would like to say thank you and well done to the Mount Edgecombe Netstar ladies; Thalitha Matabane and Monica Zikalala for outstanding customer service when I went for fitment today. The ladies are very friendly and helpful. They went far and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and even lent me their phone charger🤩. Kudos to you gorgeous Queens, keep up the great work🥰.
Thank you so much r Renee Pillay for outstanding customer service🥰. I bought a product at A5 but it was the last at the branch. I reached out to their online platform to assist find more of the product and Renee assisted me. She went above and beyond and made sure I got what I needed. Keep up the great work
Spoke to Sisipho this morning regarding my parcel. They made me wait between 3 to 15 minutes response time on whatsapp chat and had the nerve to tell me that am not the only customer being assisted🙄. This is very poor customer service

Big 5 panel and paint sorted my accident damaged car and now it looks better than it was before the accident. I received amazing servuce from the staff throughout with daily updates on the repairs. They went above and beyond to assist me with another non vehicle related issue and am very grateful. Well done Team, keep up the amazing work. I would recommend Big 5 Panel and paint for all your vehicle maintenance needs. You wont be disappointed.
I was involved in an accident on the 6th October until today the 16th the car damage has not been evaluated. The Towing part was quick and easy but Indont understand why it is taking more than 10 days to get the car damage evaluated. I am without a car for 10 days and nothing has been done, it is raining cats and dogs in Durban and I have to use public transport while there is no feedback on why it is taking so long. I have to use my airtime to call the contact centre every 2nd day to get updates with promises of speeding up the process but still no evaluation report on day 10. I am utterly disappointed with the company that takes less than 2 minutes online to provide a quote and another to register your. When claim time comes it is a ver lengthy process. The 1 star is for the emergency line that assisted with the Towing, the rest.... Less said the better.
MFC, kindly review your payment system. I pay my loan via debit order on the designated day every month. What is annoying now is that i get calls the very next morning to say my account is in arrears. This doesnt happen every month and makes me wonder coz the funds are debited at the same time. I understand when monthend is on the weekend but No, I get calls on a weekday. Please make provision that your system allows a day for the debits to clear from other banks or clear immediately otherwise you will lose clients as these calls are unsettling and annoying. I work hard to make sure I pay on time and still get the annoying calls because your system didn't clear. This is not fair on my credit ratings. At this rate, I wouldnt recommend your services. Thank you
I used Ackermans WhatsApp service today to reactivate my account. Had a chat with Lusanda and am very impressed how well they handled my query. Connecting the Bot to an Agent was very quick. Well done Ackermans, hope you do the same with the email service. It needs some work.
