I requested a quote for my car. I received a call from a very friendly staff member (Cynthia) who went out of her way to explain and assist. She was professional yet it felt like a was talking to a friend. My first experience with Outsurance and it was a good experience.
I went to Supa Quick Lambton a wheel alignment. I told the manager that it sounded like the front right wheel is lose. They checked & fixed the problem at no extra cost. Three weeks later I went back because I heard another sound. Once again they checked and fixed the problem. The manager didn't charge me. Both manager's were friendly and caring and the service was excellent. They deserve 5 stars. # Black Friday
I just love this place. The food is great and there is always a happy mood and vibe. Waiters are friendly and the rest of the staff are always smiling. If you are looking for good food and just want to relax when having your food, Little Nero is the place.
A big shout out to Russell Edwards from ABSA Social Media Complaints. He never got upset with me after explaining the problem I had and when I was highly agitated and annoyed. He listened calmly and went out of his way to assist me and even phoning me back to see if my problem was resolved. ABSA should use Russell as an example to all their employees. Well done Russell. You should be promoted.
I am trying to make a booking for my passport at ABSA Life Style Centurion. Having a problem when I am trying to make a booking for my passport and have been on the phone for half an hour and they are not answering. This is pathetic. Getting through to ABSA call centre is just as bad
We had breakfast on Saturday at Copper Canyon Spur in Lambton. The food was great and the service was excellent. Our waiter was on hand and made sure that we were happy. Staff are always friendly and making you feel welcome. A shout out to Madeleine and her staff. Keep it up.
We had breakfast on Sunday the 1st of May at Uncle's Tim. Friendly service and good food. Shout out to the manager who came around with a smile. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music was great and all over I had the best time of my life. I would recommend the cafe and surroundings with a good heart. Keep it. Will visit again.
My sister and I had breakfast this morning at the Wimpy in Alberton Mall. Grace our waitress treated us with a big smile. The manager's was on hand and had a great conversation with us. To the owner, managers and staff, well done. Keep it up.
On Friday night the 4th of February I ordered the hake meal of R39.90 and the calamari strip of R36.90. I asked if I can have chips with the calamari and was told no. When I got home, the hake meal just had rice with the hake. I had about 6 calamari strips. I send an email to Fishaways regarding the matter and didn't get any feedback regarding my complaint. Clearly they are not worried about losing customers or having a lousy name. I will not support them again.
