Eskom is bullying us and not attending to our faults. We now 3 days without electricity and nothing has been done. We reported power outage and it is a regular service we get at Eskom. We spent days without electricity even when we escalate this nothing is being done. Advice which steps must be taken?
Mogwase DLTC is the worst station ever and it has been years this station is like this. I don't know how many will recall it was even rumoured to be shutdown around 2011 so. Everytime you get there you receive worst service ever since March trying to reapply for my ****** license everytime I go there it's stories they're not working. Lame excuses for that matter, reasons without logic. Look at the time it's 04h20am I am preparing to go to a government facility that Opens at 7h00.. Hoping that today I will get help when gates open at 7am... 7am they open 9am till 11am it's loadshedding that will be knock off time after 11am they are no longer working.
It's my first day on MiWay but almost had a fallout with them. After numerous enquires and advisors without help finally Shaun Leseka a MiWay advisor gave me a good service which his colleagues couldn't offer.
Anyone who can help me legally against this company. I was involved in an accident 16/April /2022 with this company's client and after all documents was forwarded to them for months they went awol. After a long time then they contact me demanding damages to their car🤷🏽♂️. How so because their client was wrong. I asked if they received the AR they said so but I can email it to them. I did so for sometime they went quite then suddenly they wanted to distance themselves from the incident claiming that's not their car. How because it's them who contacted me and wanted me to pay damages to their car but suddenly it's not theirs any more. So they went awol again after I proved the car is theirs and after sometime they resurface with letters of demand. Now this time the report has been turned around am now the guilty part but the AR report can't be changed even if they can twist the story.
Anyone with information how to report this company. Is there not a body that is responsible for reviewing a kind of a company like this? This company is reaping us of our hard-earned money but fail to provide the service we pay for.. I don't recall ever being satisfied with this company's service towards it's clientele. Dstv Internet is a complete scam
The food there is exceptional and the service is divine. Whenever am in the Krugersdorp area it's my go to stop
I am a resident of Welgeval Village in the North West,since 2015 we have been complaining about low voltage in this area no help. We have lodged complains in all this 6 years with Eskom headquarters and local Mogwase Eskom including Rustenburg branch. To date I have bought two fridges, replaced compressor twice due to them being damaged by this low voltage. Maximum voltage is 100v which you get for less than an hour beside 36volts is what we live by. Eskom tells us there's nothing they can do it's transformer. So a standard house in SA must have 240v-250v. So want to understand if there's nothing Eskom can do, what must we do? This voltage makes life difficult even worse in this economy state food prices up you buy to eat because you can't store anything
Very dissapointed at the level of service am getting on my 1st day with Vodacom, I recharged bought just4u for R12 60min now when I must make calls am told the number is invalid then incorrect Customer care tells me it has high volume of calls it's been an hour now.. So is this how Vodacom works? After that been calling their Customer Care since 16h00 now it's 20h52 they still saying they have High Volume calls mine airtime is gone
I applied for my passport to be renewed at Home Affairs Randfontein on the 11th of July. After a month got a message that says my passport application cannot be finalized I must go to branch, I kept ongoing there as it was not functioning for two weeks finally on the 23rd August I was told to reapply system has canceled my application without any valid reason. I reapplied eversince I've been doing a follow up on my application being told one thing that my passport status says Outstanding payment I must produce proof of payment which I did, I went on extra mile to contact 0800601190 and hacc@dha.gov.za then emailed myself the proof,I emailed more than 20 emails but only one was confirmed to have been received on the 19th September. My case got a ref:1909-205375 within the DHA but was still not helped I call DHA everyday but my application was not updated until yesterday they canceled my application. They sent me a message after I called them to check if they have finally fixed my issue they instead replied me by sending me a message that application is canceled. Today they're telling me I must go reapply then pay another R400 and forget about the R400 I paid before which I didn't get the passport. How do I pay another R400 for a service I never received so I must pay DHA R800 for a tourist passport
