Poor Service , Unprofessional,Self Service not user friendly to a consumer .Their error impacts on my account now they disconnected me from their service forcing me to pay for something I don't owe from a previous period . I arranged with them for an alternative date of payment yet they enforced disconnection of my service . I have work things to complete it impacts on me they are not consumer centric nor resolve issues satisfactory. I have escalated it with them with success.
Poor Service, no connection. Network has been lagging my account is up to date. They down grade the speed every second day to 10 mb. Can't even update my smart TV, or use what I paid. for Absolutely bad service. Customer service dnt follow up at all when calls are logged. Can't use more than 1 service where I'm paying R625 monthly.
I am a small businessman whom is extremely disgusted in service from Courier Guy Bloemfontein as a whole. All my clients parcels ard delayed longer then the expected time frame, the drivers are arrogant making excuses for their poor service. It's not the first yjmr my clients are extremely unhappy, my business gets the impacted negatively becoz of thus company. Even when a supplier send items door to door it does not even arrive then I must go do the pickup bt a service was paid. They even answer their numbers when we call them to enquires out the delays

Must I walk in the rain dark night to pickup food which was never delivered for over a hour and 45. WORST OF ALL MY KIDS WHICH ARE A 5 YEAR OLD, 9 Year old and 13 year old slept hungry without food. Over Debit my account/Poor Service .Charge me without me using the service . I requested cancelation of my service in 25 August 2023, of which there was only a an amount of R435 remaining in which it was supposed to be deducted or alternatively I was going to paid via others services . My account accumulated to R2132.54. I not used this service at all since August 2023. How do u as Rain charge per month and better it's month to month when I started this service which I utilized for over 2 years .I want them to write off this money because I never used a single mb of it during that period up to nw . I am extremely unhappy about Rain as a service provider . Please rectify this as I would still like to continue with Rain as a wifi network of my choice .
Extremely dissatisfied with manner of this entire matter is being handled . I recieved feedback from the bank but to the extent where U have done what needs to be , reported the matter to police received an case number within the required time. Tardiness from staff at the bank , it has come to a point where the bank has passed the buck now , ******** case must be by me after 2 months almost as whatsoever other reason which are being given is absurd . It a matter of now Capitec are distancing themselves from the matter and the client must deal with it . Even recieved a sms stating that a dispute at Nedbank regarding this matter of which there was no mention of Nedbank none in my complaint .Luno South Africa contacted informed after ascertaining the relevant information came to a conclusion that Capitec has to resolve the matter and recoup these funds as I am their client . Capitec tried to contact me earlier as I was unavailable then insisted if I do not contact they will proceed in closing the matter at hand , really unprofessional in my opinion. Why do banks have Operations and ***** departments , what happened to retain your client and keeping a client happy . I am not pleased at all it's being pushed from pillar to post , so I think the ombudsman should intervene if they are not being able to resolve it or I must choose other avenues like social media etc.
I reported a case of ***** at the branch in Bloemfonein Capitec Preller . The ***** occured between 6th of December 2023 up to the last conversation between myself and the *****ster .I reported the matter at my bank as Capitec is the principal branch in this matter where most of the inter branch transfers occured. I opened a case at the police station on the 21 st of December 2023 in which I also received a case number I provided the bank with all the relevant information and case number on that day of the 21st of December 2023. All this took place within the 48hours time frame , as I went to the secondary Bank that was Standard Bank where the ****mer was having this *****ulent account . I also informed provided the relevant information, yet Standard Bank informed me that their hands were cut off as Capitec was the principal bank whom was supposed to furnish a instruction to them on how to resolve the matter and recover the money which was de*****ed from me .The money I was ****med out of was my childrens school fees , I'm in deep trouble where my bank could not even communicate nor assist Standard Bank to recover my funds or even a portion of it . I am extremely depressed and disappointed in my bank Capitec Bank for not coming to the party or making an effort . Ref no received at the branch :114171890.My kids are suffering because of incompetence. I am victim here whom has not received even a call from their ***** department nor as I will reiterate that Capitec liased with Standard Bank to recover my funds. Really poor service I started my journey with this company from the 31st May 2022 in which in that very same of the new a pro rata amount was charged on my(wife's) new FNB bank account as she purchased a new vehicle.We were never informed about this amount yet we paid the following week. In which we made a deduction date for the 25th of every month , the second month is where the issues started deduction on the said would go off the FNB account at irregular dates not the agreed date ,their consultants are so unprofessional, they don't follow up, don't resolve the matters don't go the extra mile such as Puleng whom keep on calling but never get resolved . Last month September 2022 we informed them early o prior to the 7th of that month that deduction date needs to change as yet again payment was not effected . Deduction date was supposed to be month end by the 7th the previous deduction was paid in full. Tshepo contacted my wife to persuade her not to cancel ❌ the cover in which he was very professional in doing what he does but the rest needs all those courses of how to go the extra mile for a client . Yet , Tshepo made an error by not changing the effective date to the 1st of October 2022 aswell the amount payable on the said date in which in telephonic conversation he admitted he made an error by not changing the the deduction date to the 1st . All of is just causing my credit score to be effected as I told them as it shows unpaid on my accounts I am not a person whom don't full fill my commitments . It's affecting my credit negatively . Unprofessional Behaviour from a cashier at Mr Price store in Fleur dal Mall in Bloemfontein . I am a Mr Price account holder which was about to purchase clothes for my children but when I was sent from pillar to post just to make a payment at this specific cashier . When I informed her that it will b a purchase will be with my Mr Price card she was was very abrupt , even pointing the coat hanger at me towards my face . It caused me to become irritated towards staff members for their unprofessional handling of the situation. I asked for the manager in which I reported the matter while being present the manager and staff member spoke in Sotho amongst each other without resolving it directly with me as the the client where an acceptable language should be English as the professional language . I informed the manager that I was going to Lodge the complaint on Hello Peter she replied that it was okay .Cashier name is Merriam Mohapi.
