Poor service
I'm so dissappear with the service I got from the "thee guy" who was by the counter at diepkloof Square tall and have a body but he isn't that big it was around past 15h00pm. Greeted him nd asked if toys on happy meals it's a must to pay for boy did not respond instead he gave me nasty looks as if he wants to say what are you talking about wena ....say he didn't hear what I was saying nah he takes money nd ask me nothing ...I'm dissatisfied he must do better unless I'm the only one he undermined nd took it upon himself to be rude .

This company needs to be reported to Moja love these people are ******. They are arrogant. They don't give a **** about orphans my sister's child is suffering yet the mother contributed her money securing the daughters future but these people made sure that her wishes aren't fulfilled. As I write these I have made a decision to contact Moja love and checkpoint will go with any that will respond 1st I have a chat group 10 people have come forward who want to expose these ******...

Nothing bores me like being assisted by a foreign national in my own country and be gicen attitude it disgusts me. Was assisted by a gal i wont say she is a lady her name is Fortunate...she gave me attitude and whilst at it my stuff fall down she is not even apologizing no she proceeds as id nothing happened.... And for that matter im going back to pep greenstone tomorrow and i want her to assist me again im tqking back what i bought why because i still feel disgusted.

Poor service
Bathong shoprite just few minutes ago balfour park cashier no 12 MOKGADI busy taking her time to assist colleagues that were buying potatoes and tomatoes and we had to wait watching them laughing and relaxed as if there were no queuing clients. Next she assists me she cant even greet or apologise while busy assisting me whe was aware im busy on my phone saw she got suspicious she starts creating a conversation with my child like hey gal do your job and leave my daughter alone. Mokgadi you too beautiful sister so do your job and respect the customers.

Checkers Neighborhood never been so dissapointed bought a cake today had an emergency had to get one gosh waht an embarrassment....one would swear this cake was baked two week ago it wasn't fresh at all i really need a refund you people are selling us nonsense if it wasnt an emergency i would have taken it back to the store but it matters not i want my money even kids asked it the cake expired or not.sies.

A great service I received from Xolani fnb Buffalo .... Its rare nowadays to find such an awesome service...his patience and willingness to ensure the customer understand what is being said really is amazing. May he keep up the good work and do the same with other clients.

Horrible service
Tbey dont even deserve that one star ... Jet clearwater 🚮cashiers that were on the front on Friday 08/09/2023 around 16h00pm and 16h30pm what an attitude and they know how to give looks i give it to them . They smile and show the last tooth qhen assisting white customers and thi is the second time im experiencing such a poor service feom this store tje next time i am calling the store manager because i cant tolerate to be given looks and attitude by people who have to do their jobs. Went yo the store to make an exchange did not have a rrvript ao had to buy aometbing of the same amount of what i was returning to the store...next thing i cant find anytning and was not qilling to top up the other two ladiea were so ****ed as if the money was tbeirs that i have to top up with. All thanx to Cindy who assistef me with a smile and it was his time to knock off but she assisted and was smilling patient and understanding exactly what i wanted ...ao as for the two ladies who were with her on the front they must work on their attitude and learn from Cindy.

Poor service
McDonald's Westgate yooh wat a poor customer service...on friday i made an order the next thing my order does not have a cold drink ...i call and enquire this was around 13h00 they tell me they will send someone to deliver it ....the person arrived at 16H32 with a dirty container didnt know what to say gosh never mind the person who was delivering it my thirst was quenched in a sec ......and this is the second time im having this bad experience with McDonald's Westgate
