absolutely disgusting insurance,no one should ever take this insurance i had an accident in december 2024 even now i am carless.they are holding my car not stating if they approve my claim or not.i was assisted by a lady called zelna wasserman..a person who works under supervision,the worst.they always come with excuses about waiting same documents over and over again.stay away from those people
i have a car insurance with affinity underwriting management,the worst insurance ever.i had an accident on the 9th of december and after a week i was told my car had been written off,which was a car that was fixable.and i was told my insurance had no courtesy car of which no one ever memtioned to me or gave me the option to choose.that insurance goes around exploiting women and they rob you of your money for lack of service until today im still waiting for a claim approval its the 30dec still no car,i had the worst december holidays.never ever go for affinity
my first official claim with an insurance i have paid over a year has been so horrible,i had a smash and grab incident with my car a week ago and immediately logged a claim…the service i have gotten after waiting for an approval.no one gives clear answers about my claims ,i have been calling non stop with my money but to no help..mind you this is an insurance i pay R1400each month but its the worst , i would not recommend it to my worst enemy.now i'm getting cold with a broken window, imagine i have to travel to work
I am highly dissapointed in renault for the service that i got at centurion,this was regarding my 2023 kiger Amt that i bought from them..the car is a year old and is giving me screeching sounds when i reverse and move forward.i have taken my car back twice and to still no assistance…all i was told was that its a problem they are having currently with those cars and i must not worry as it does not impact the car itself,imagine guys..when i ask why was this not mentioned when i bought the car the tell me its mentioned in the clause i was supposed to read..i feel ****** of my money,hapiness ..as i dont enjoy going anywhere with the car.i feel like renault sells us cars that are rejects because some people that have the same car dont have such experiences.i say to all south africans to never buy a car at renault ever.imagine if i now have to sell the car i lost a whole year of paying money for nothing.as a first time buyer you guys really have ruined my life.if the car has such a problem why not exchange for a customer especially cause its under warranty.i even opted to take a car with more installment just so i feel safe when driving..still i was not assisted.i cant express how angry i am..Stay away from renault guys!!!be warned
i bought electricity prepaid and called a couple of times cause the electricity would not go on,the said the technician will call but im still waiting in the dark with hungry kids
I recently ordered for a renewal of my license disk via the capitec app.i received only one sms that alerted me that my parcel is out for delivery and after that i have never received any further communication as to what tracking number to use if i dont receive anything and so forth,even went to capitec branch for help and the said its not in their control.the money the charge on the app and to receive such service..they should have not have said they can render the service,knowing well they cant
I bought electricity since 13:30 and my electric has been off the whole time till now 17:00 i tried to call but there has been no assistance,they say their system cant capture my purchase..they told me to wait for aftet hours so those people will be able to answer and now no one is picking up,im sitting in the dark with kids imagine
Hi i would like to alert everyone about the way that Proteametering ****s people off their money,they mix up peoples bills,even make you pay double bills.i have stayed in my rented apartment for 2years and my water would be around 600 max..now it has amounted to 1717 rands just a month after i renew my contract at the place.im dissapointed at their services they dont even get back to you when you email.
I have had the worst experience with makro,never order anything from there online,i ordered a water heating bucket and it arrived broken..i have sent countless emails and called to get a refund or exchange.so basically i was ****med by makro..im still sitting with a broken bucket
The worst network to use ever...they have a support but no one ever answers or responds.All they know is to deduct but without making a customers needs..i sent emails every week until today no response but they are busy giving me charges
