I have the same experience with Ticketpro. I am trying to get a refund on tickets to an SA20 match for the last week. I have emailed, used the chatbot and radio silence from the company. It is quite frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't seem to value customer service.
I purchased a Christmas present for my son online in December 2021. I returned the item on 31 December 2021 as it malfunctioned. I am still waiting for my refund. It is beyond ridiculous the number of calls made and emails sent. The incompetence of Makro staff knows no bounds. I have been told so many times that someone will call me back and no one ever does.
We have been trying to discontinue our LTE line since March 2022 and we had installed fibre. We have completed 3 discontinuation forms since March this year and are still being billed for a service that we no longer have. We have visited Telkom branches on 3 separate occasions and have called multiple times. We even took photos of the forms as the first time we completed the discontinuation form, Telkom said they had no record of it. I am at my wits end with Telkom. Absolutely incompetence.

I received a defective product and I am having a struggle getting hold of someone at this company to either get a refund or get a replacement delivered. Seems like this company is scamming people.
I purchased a product from Grabbit on 13 October 2020. I received the product on the 14th. The product didn't work. I immediately e-mailed the company and have yet to receive a response from them. There is no contact details for them.
After moving from Discovery Insure (reason - premium increase was 13%), I find out that 2 claims of R3900 each were lodged for stone chip repairs. How does Discovery justify the cost of R3900 when a glass fitment centre will charge you on avg. R300 to repair a stone chip? Guess it doesn't take too much to connect the dots between inflated claims and crazy increases.
