So Debtbusters removed my review. I received 2 calls whereas both consultants were not sure if my query has been resolved and said to get back to me before the end of today. It is 22:00 and no phone call or email. My hard earned cash has gone down the drain and yet no one knows what is happening as the one still has to confirm with the other person. Pathetic service. And bare in mind, I requested for a removal as well as a refund. If by any chance there’s money being deducted from my account again tomorrow by Hyphen, it will show pure incompetence.
So debt busters has decided to remove my review and yet no assistance. I requested for a removal from the process but instead I received a call with a follow up for my next payment. And today I received an sms stating that my deduction will go off tomorrow from my account, bear in mind that this is the same amount they took previously with no payments made to my creditors. Where did my money go to and I asked for a refund. All is just shut.
I applied for debt counselling around the first or second week of July 2021. Was assisted by Bruce throughout the process. On the 19/07/21 I was involved in an accident and my car got written off. I informed Bruce about my situation immediately via email as that was more convenient for me to make contact and my emails got replied not immediately but at most, same day if bot the next day and early. Debt busters debited my account the full amount as per first agreement and I was told that there would be a restructure done since I have lesser debts. I asked for assistance since and no one got back to me. I asked to cancel and a consultant called me for the cancellation, during that conversation she asked me if I need the restructuring to be done still and I said yes. I later received an email stating that my contract is being cancelled due to client not cooperating. My emails are being ignored as well and I recently requested for my money back as I was debited incorrectly. They claim to assist where as you pay them for 6 months and tour creditors are not getting a single cent. I did inform them that my accounts were all up to date as I never missed a single payment. They pay themselves for 6 months and in that way a person will pay them for more than speculated amount of years. In my email I even insisted on paying a cancellation fee. Sebastine was also one of the consultants who assisted at first. I think they are all scammers dressed differently. I just want my money back so I can deal with my creditors myself. Period
I would love to share the amazing service I received from a remarkable woman by the name of Felicia. She went out and beyond what was expected of her as she has kept her word by making sure I am a happy client. She responds as soon as possible. She really is an asset to the company.
Bought a new vehicle from Renault which comes with tracking device and this was in December 2020. I was told by the Renault retailer that it is included. Since December, I have been billed separately by Netstar. I called to find out why it’s like this, the lady Portia asked me to email the prove I have as confirmation because it does appear on their systems that they have been billing me. This was on the 23/06/21. I called again on the 02/07/21 and was told I would receive a call before EOD. It is the 05/07/21 and have not received any confirmation email or even the reference which was supposed to be sent on the 23/06/21 till today.

According to the NCA if you are not entirely satisfied with the product or service delivered, you are indeed entitled to a full refund. I was told that if I don’t use the treatments for that specific month, you forfeit it. My question is, am I now paying people’s salaries at Moimooi or am I donating to their salary. Even this today I tried to make bookings and guess what, there’s no available dates. And when I intend to get a booking over the phone, I’m told to go online and make bookings there. How convenient. I had a booking for the 02/12/20 which was for body scrub and deluxe pedicure and in both comments I requested for it to be for 2 people. Guess what, the body scrub I could get for 2 but not the pedicure. They couldn’t fit another person in the room. I was told that I can make another booking for the pedicure for another date. To my surprise, after assuming that cancelling the 1 I could book again and get it all done on 1 day as I thought before, boom in my face, NO AVAILABLE DATES. They made only one attempt to contact me to no avail and thereafter an email stating that they tried calling. At the end of November I expected to make another successful payment </div>
I am supposed to receive a parcel from the US which has been shipped long ago. When I track it with my tracking number it states ‘ Departed from local distribution centre’ this happened on the 02/11/20. Today is the 12/11/20. I called last week to query where my parcel is the consultant told me to contact dhl global. Why when the parcel is already in the country. I now believe this is where all our money goes missing. And they just don’t care if it’s important, valuable or whatever the case may be
I bought ready to eat fish cakes from Checkers in Balfour park today. It was as hard as stones. Regardless of me buying what was left and it being late afternoon I did not expect that to be served. Looking for a ready meal at checkers balfour park late afternoon has always been a disappointment. If their burgers aren't hard and dry their tomatoes are just not edible. One should rather buy and prepare the food yourself to avoid disappointments
I would love to give a 5 star rating to an amazing consultant from Isabella Garcia by the name of Kimberley. She was absolutely amazing. That was the best call I got ever, so early in the morning and it kept me smiling throughout the day. She had a smile in her voice and was very welcoming. And she also for me to save more on beauty products rather than spending what I can't afford. She's totally amazing. Wouldn't mind having conversations with her every morning
Been making contact with the bank for the past 3 weeks regarding a refund on my virtual card. And for the past 3 weeks, no one is able to assist. Spoke to a person by the name of Gugu, who was actually the only person who was sincere when I explained to her what I was dealing with. She confirmed with her manager, Nadia who advised her to give me details for the Tutuka support department. Same time, I sent the email to the Tutuka department since they are the ones dealing with virtual cards. Following day, I received an email from Tutuka support with details for standard bank to assist me. In the past 3 weeks, I've spoken to, Chantelle, Tebogo who put me through to the Tutuka department and Michael from that department told me to call standard bank and tell them they are not dealing with such queries. I've spoken to Lucky who didn't even bother to call me back when the call cut. I've been answering those lengthy security questions and I've been put on hold for assistance for more than 30 minutes. To no luck. Why do they promote a product that they cannot assist with? I just need my refund that's all
