Hi please can the company assist in canceling my information been trying since March tok call in emailed my debt consular worked out a strategy for me not sure why one is unable to get thru on the line and the call keeps getting reverted back onto the line one must hold and hold
Avoid joining the provider for a loan u will be scrambled more than anything they do not process the funds into your account ur funds is placed into a global account that requires you to pay a tac pass code if u cant pay the funds to the global account provider u will be told your global account will be handed over after I requested my loan account with Bravo Finance to be canceled last month I was forced to pay the tac pass code after paying in the monies for the tac pass code u required to pay the global bank another fee of 9000.00 for IMTAX code knowing that u have debt to pay we need to survive on our salaries already its tough doing so now one must take out so much monies they inform u upon the application process of the loan only not before the time can hello peter please help me in canceling my contract with Bravo finance as I get ignored and I refuse paying in any monies just for a loan
Thank you very much Kyle for your professionalism and in assisting me yesterday keep up the good work looking forward to the process however can Finwell please assist in responding to emails and improving the call center line is rather impossible to get ahold of the team and the email responses please try and assist in responding we all working during the day and opt to send emails mostly for assistance I tested the phone line and email system today I havnt been responded to it makes a person worry alot
Good day all Was assisted by an agent nicely yesterday app**** for there services accepted mandates everything I've been getting weird calls from providers today asking dnt I wanna join there debt recovery programs than it clicked Finwell must've handed me over I've tried calling and emailing Finwell with no success as the agent advised that my power of attorney should be sent lasted by today this is not right honestly misleading a person is so desperate in getting your debt somewhere which company in today's time doesn't hv a responsive email nd calling the call center u can't get thru please hello peter help me and others take note of Finwell this isn't on really

Good day I'm really unsatisfied with the financial side of Tracker I signed up 4 and a half years ago with Tracker everything been going according too the debt order date agreement since January this year I've been double debited every month apparently it's a month in advance payment they taking of R580.00 a month no discussion or telephonic conversation was held on this I want a refund and il be canceling my services nobody bothers to get back to u and even when sending emails it gets unnoticed I'm really irate on this matter

Very disappointed I applied on Saturday for a loan been advised 48 hours depending on the bank one applies for a loan because u urgently need the funds
