VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very poor customer service at Nelspruit Kia, send car for service had to wait for 2 hours for transport and when I ask if they are going to collect me they say no. The manger cancel that service customers had to find their way to collect the car

Useless staff and managers from old mutual claim department
Horrible experience with Old mutual claim department failing to provide me with benefit statement and proper IRP5 form that show none taxable funds which is my contribution and taxable fund . instead they put the money in lumpsum causing the tax to be very high even after they got directives on the IRP3 form informing them that funds that are exempted from deduction are the employees contribution. I have been calling and emailing this useless company without any assist their consultants staff don't know anything finance related but they argue .

Very poor customer service at King price insurance useless claim handler Sherinque Seafield after explaining the incident and the assessor assessment he decided to pay half of the claim even after the appointed assessor talk to them he didn't even bother to consult and explain to me.

Takealot promoting selling of **** product**** products
Takealot is allowing people to sell **** products and they dont even payback the money if item are returned back. I returned **** perfumes only 1 was refunded out of 3. Takealot is not even banning this people from their side lot of **** are now being sold easy true takealot

Terrible service at medi-clinic
Worse service ever at Medi-Clinic nelspruit ward m, my mother complain to the nurses and they promise to administer medication to her after doctor's prescribed. Nothing was done for 3 days and it was not logged on the file. I requested to see a ward manager sha never pitched waited for 2 hours for the manager. Terrance staff lead by the worse manager
