No payment made to service provider after a motivation letter was submitted over a month ago and now the service provider is requesting payment from the patient. We pay GEMS so much money only for them not to pay the service providers. Then they have the audacity to ask for increases when they don't deliver on their side. No wonder service providers are opting not to work with GEMS.I am seriously considering going to a different medical aid because this kind of service or lack there off is honestly pathetic.
Please change your courier service provider as GFS Express is dishonest and wasting your clients time.Dont believe GFS Express when they say your parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered on said date.Cancelled all my plans to stay home and wait for a package that never arrived.Pathetic service from GFS Express this is my last time I buy from Temu until the delivery service provider is changes

I just want to know if SACE is a ghost company that just takes people's money without rendering a service and if it is governments many ways of ripping people off?
I paid a fine on 3 January 2025, Chat to an agent through their website round about 7th Janaury 2025 who indicated that it takes a month for payment to be made to City of Cape town and I was not aware of this as it was my first time making use of FINES SA. I called FINES SA yesterday 5th January 2025 to inform them that I received a text stating that I will be summons if payment is not paid in 7 days.I called and spoke to a lady at FINES SA that confirmed that by late afternoon on 5 February 2025 my fine will be cleared from city of cape town's side as everything was already submitted to the city and she will inform the finance department to sort this out asap and indicated that she will give me a call to confirm its removed between 2-5pm that day.I never asked her to call me she offered to call me out of her own just before i could ask for proof that payment was made to the city,to which she failed to deliver on. Today 6 February 2025 the fine is still reflecting on Paythat website and i just want to make it known to new users that its really not worth the time and effort paying fines through a company like this where one agent provided me with a timeframe that wasnt adhered to and another agent also provided me with a false timeframe but also gave me false hope that everything will be resolved by the end of the business day.I will never do pay anything via FINE SA again because at this point Im starting to wonder if i was ****med and if the website is even real.
DC Experts either has a really *********** person working with their monthly distribution statements or they just send made-up balances that does not align with what the creditors have on record and hope you don't query it. The portfolio managers only get updated on the profiles they handle when you as the client have a query because if you don't have a query they do not check to see if all is in order on their client's profiles. Also, your portfolio manager changes with the seasons without you being informed about it, so there's constantly someone that knows nothing about your profile. I joined DC experts to free up some cash and get lower interest rates not because I could not make my minimum monthly payments only to end up in arrears due to them not paying the creditor's as per the agreement. And when you enquire about exiting the programme with this ***** company they want to charge you over 5k to remove you from the programme yet they continue to mess up your name.They also apparently magicians that can turn a R100 increase in debit order to pay arrears of R400 odd. I'm so over having to come to Hello Peter to remove a review because they finally did their job. Their current Hello Peter rating is a lie and is only the way it is because clients are asked to remove their negative review once they get helped.
I have called multiple times with my last interaction being via whatsapp with a senior supervisor by the name of Precious Kgope to request a policy cancellation and on all occasions I was told I will be called back by a team leader or in Precious case a call back to "assist efficiently" to finalize the cancellation which did not happen.I used the whatsapp line thinking it would be more effective but it turned out to be pointless. I dont understand why cancelling a planned policy is so difficult as the account is not supposed to be active yet. It's a scheduled activation where the policy will only become active in July 2024.I am trying to cancel this planned activation as I plan to sell the vehicle I was going to cover yet nobody seems to want to assist in the cancellation of my planned (not yet active) policy.
I'm not even going to say much because I'm so annoyed with the fact that FNB closed my son's account without my consent after I went through so much effort to open it. No SMS or Email notification at all. I had to just open my banking app and see my son's account is missing.
So far my experience with Thabisa has been a positive one.
