i'm utterly disgusted with the outcome of my claim, so i had a claim for ****** vehicle, but prior to this claim my husband had 2 car accident claims on a different car, no problems at all with the claims, car was fixed and service was awesome, so now that our car was ****** now absa feels they need to look in to my home contents claims of 5 years back and reject my current Vehicle claim, they advised me that i took this policy out on the app i never i was called by absa my question is are you not suppose to investigate clients history before signing them up, and before taking there money every month
im an absa activate client, really disgusted with the service, so my husband was in a car accident last night 24 March 2025 i called the emergency line, and the response was very very quick, thanks so much for this,,,,,the problem I have now is with your claims department, so I have submitted a claim, they telling me they can't provide me with a hired car as my new month premiums must first go off, then I'm being told January they debited my account twice, so I revised debit back they say I owe them a month, I then spoke to Nelson in the collections department and he advised me that HE can see my policy is up to date, im still struggling to get a hired car no one can assist me when ever i call i get told they will transfer me to client service wdf

So here is my story On the 4th January 2025 I purchased myself a brand new Chery Omooda C15 1.5 Tech from a Salesman by the name Mogamat Frederic at your Haval Cape Gate Branch, the service was 7-10 I then received a temp licence as they needed to get me plates( as I paid for it) weeks and weeks passed by every time I call them to follow up on my plates (my temp expired 24 January 2025). On the 3rd February, I then went back to Haval Cape Gate as I felt that I'm driving a car with a temp that expired, they then advised me if I get any traffic fines I should bring it to them, I was then concerned as to the fact that I’m driving with an unlicensed car, on the 24th February I went back again to Haval Cape Gate and was informed that the reason they can't pull my license is because I have a traffic fines and a warrant on my name, I then took the day of to go and pay the fines and warrant on my name and went back to haval to inform them that I have done such, now im being informed that the car must go back for roadworthy because the temp expired, I was driving with an un licensed and un roadworthy car for more then a month, Thursday the 6th march 2025 I took that car back to haval Cape Gate, with the spare keys and told them that I don’t want this car any more, firstly they have poor service and that they had me driving an unlicensed and un roadworthy car and that a car that I have been paying every month, I paid insurance on a car that I can't get number plates for. Today is the 08th of March 2025, and still no response from Haval Cape gate So Im sitting with huge debt and no car. What do I do in this Regard Who can help me CONROY GEDULT 071 911 9763
so a month back i bought a hollywood bets over on my banking app, but the email adress ive punched in was the wrong one, i was then advised by my bank to contact hollywoob bets for the voucher pin, its been two months now everytime im requesting this voucher i get told my query is being escelated, and i get issued with a reference number, hollywoob bets please grant on to me whats granted onto me please
So i visited your identity branch in cape gate mall.i wanted to buy me a pink shoe i was really disappointed that the guy that was on duty told me they only have one size 6 and its on display and he cant give it to me
I bought a couch last year august at your house and home branch Cape Gate mall, in december 2022 the stiching starting coming loose and i brought it back in Janaury and it was replaced, now May 2023 the cushions of the couch is so so pap its not evens funny, ive spoken to kasi at cape gate house and home and he said i can bring it back they can replace it for me, and if what ever i take is less then my amount i will get refunded in cash, my husband then decided he will go buy a couch somewhere else, because we dont want to sit with the same problem, i then decided to take a double bed and have the refunded done, i went to the store 19 may 2023 at 9h15am to do this, at 12H00 i only left your store, with no refund, the guy at the cash office infront told me that as soon as they have any cash they will contact me, at 16h30pm i then went back to the store as no one called me yet, the bad service i received then was out of this world, first the cashier told me that they refund can be done on my card and a letter will be sent to your head office, then she said but if i paid with a credit card they can refund the money back on the card, then she said she will go speak to the admin manager, after 30 minutes sitting and waiting i eventually stood up asking whats happening as im sitting here and no one is saying anything, then cashier then again told me, no man you must wait till we have cash to refund you, i then asked her when is that, why is it so hard for house and home to give my refund back
Just experienced the worse customer care servive from pg glass in bree street cape town (inside tyger wheel and tyre). We orginally went to pg glass barack street to fix a chip and then the lady there advised that they dont have the things on hand to fix the chip i can go to pg glass bree street i then arrived there and the lady helping had such a bad attitude going on because the other branch sent me here... Fock i mean... Do you work make your customer happy anf sort out your **** with your colleagues not the customer
I bought. Myself a couch the 25 August 2022 in 4 MOnth the stitching came loose of the couch and then went to house and home cape gate mall branch with the pictures and my receipt (this was a cash deal R5200) the lady advised me I need to email the pictures of the couch to the store and they will sent it to the supplier then the supplier will grant me a credit and I need to bring my couch Back .... Today is Thursday still no corrospondance from anyone at the store nor any email saying they received my pictures... I called a few minutes ago (29.12.22 at 15h25) and was holding for 10minutes for a manager to answer my call.... Is this the service you guys are really giving your clients
so i bought mt first car at barons Claremont on the 25th June 2022....wow what can i say the customers service is awesome the sales agent ( Clifford Witten) made me feel like i want to buy more cars....lol.......100 out of 100 for barons Claremont and the team....great work guys
i'm really dissapointed in the service, im due for a credit refund and im waiting on this refund since the 7th June 2021, when ever i call they transfer me from one department to the other, our company has been making use of Dollar Thrify for years now, and this service is really really bad.
