You have not debited the credit card amount due this month and in turn sent me a message saying it is in arrears through a chat notification not even my indicated communication channel of choice. I am done with you. I have instructed Investec to phone me and kick off the account migration process. I am closing everything I have with you. I pay you R500 every month in banking fees and have yet to see any value. For those reading this, a private banker at FNB means nothing, changing that to private consultants and then not reducing the price is even more daylight robbery. Its a sorry excuse to charge you more and trying to contact them leads to endless security checks with no resolution. You private chat function is absolute garbage by the way. If this is the service for private clients imagine what service the lower tier accounts receive in turn. Disgusting FNB. Absolutely **** poor service from MTN. I have been waiting more than a week to upgrade 2 accounts I have with MTN. I will now ensure that the upgrades are cancelled and that my MTN accounts are ported to Vodacom. You are not doing me any favors as I pay good money for service that is shockingly pathetic. Your call centre and IVR is atrocious and keeps dropping calls and repeating messages until one wants to vomit. Count me out. Every time I need assistance this happens. Done with you. Will take the R6000 I pay you a month to someone that wants to assist their customers. Do not bother to respond or call me. This is purely for others thinking of joining your ****ty services.
Please do all you can to steer clear of this medical aid. I currently pay them R4 500 per month with next to no benefit for myself. Have cronic medication? That will be R500 on top of what you already pay per month to list asingle ite. Need a card for your insurance. That will be 50 requests with no card delivered for the last 4 years. Need to see a spcialist at Morningside? They do not cover the hospital and all bills will be directed to you to claim back from a company that cant track a card delivery to you in person. I cannot underscore how vile this company is and this is purely while the NHI will be a thing in the future. Terrific own goal Momentum, speak to you never. An FYI, watching your house doctor ask the hospital if your medical aid is one of those they are allergic to does make the decision of leaving them so much easier.
