how many reviews until you are heard?my car is at the shop for a month almost now,i have submitted all required documents and to this day not a single email,phone call or any form of communication whatsoever.I do not recommend anyone to try auto and general.They reply with the sweetest mails to your reviews but that's just for show.They never get back to you,emails state that they will indeed get back to u within 24 hours but they never do.I regret joining them,only good at taking your money
I won't even recommend them to my worst enemy guys,just save up and have your car fixed.They try every possible angle not to pay your claims.
always ready and quick to make promises and debit your money but qhen it comes to claims we get treated like diseases,they leave you for dead when you claim and silently reject your claims.I claimed beginning of last month when i had a mild issue with my car,they prolonged the process so much so that my car further broke down and being unable to drive,i sent thru my documents they promised to get back to me within 24 hours.It's almost 96 hours later and no response ir form of communication.I call again and to my surprise they claim to have not received my documents.
dstv rewards program is a total waste,they do not give enough description on vouchers and for as long as i can remember,the uber eats voucher,the only actual voucher that's usefull is always out of stock,please explain this.I have been checking rewards since day one and it has never ever once been available,come on if you want to do better,be better.You want to keep customers happy,you start there,you want to draw attention and have us talk about it,step up please
since purchasing a pair of shoes from them about a month ago,the shoes started shedding and i only wore them a few times.I informed the store on multiple occasions but my emails was to no avail.All i did was do basic walking nothing that may cause damage like that,i requested a new pair of shoes as mine were now rejects not they responding.

Zero stars here would suffice,one would pressume as a tracking services they would be on time,given the currentl state of crime in our country.Only time they were ontime was to install my tracker,i nearly lost my wife to the poor service and the level of incompetence of your consultants,i was afforded,the app was also so delayed,showing my wife is standing somewhere she left long ago.I really want to cancel my membership and i don't think i will pay for the remainder of my months.
betway needs a functional customer service because i keep losing money when i deposit,i go to live chats but i forever get added to a queue with my query ending there and hope and pray that my money reflects which sometimes does but sometimes not,you continue playing hoping they will fix the error and reimburse you but your money never returns
hello Peter needs zero stars as a rating because damn,the customer service from rain is really poor,you wait days for them to make contact,when you eventually get a hold of them its hours of explaining as they struggle to comprehend.I changed my payment date to the first of every month so now whenever i try making a payment on the 1st,i get double billed,when i make a payment before the 1st they still manage to cut me off and claim tbat i owe them.Im seriously considering taking .my services elsewhere because damn.Month after month you fight over services
