Canceling an item from an order 5 days after it was ordered and paid for is just incompetent.
Sunasha was very pleasant to deal with and assisted with my enquiry.
They have the most incompetent support staff. Take ages to attend to support queries and now they sent me 9 support queries that dont apply to me in 24 hours. I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending me stuff that doesnt apply to me but looks like they havent got a clue what they are doing there.
Utterly useless support desk. Have reported poor network connectivity multiple times was told it was escalated last week and still have no feedback. any time i request feedback i get some new idiot from the support desk asking me to fill in the same damn information i already filled in last week so they can escalate the ticket. Why dont you try reading it and then actually answering the question i asked. so far have go responses from Thulani M Godfrey P Fortunate Z Ntombiyezizwe but none of them have told me what has been done to rectify the problem.

Ran online ad which for a CR-V comfort at R5199 per month . enquired about it and personnel dont even bother to respond because it seems they realise this advertised price was not realistic.
The banking app is terrible. i opened an account on it and it completely messed up the transactions and an utterly useless team of bankers make absolutely no effort to assist you in correcting it. Its supposed to be convenient and easy but suddenly theres forms you have to fill and numbers you have to call because they can actually do anything. at least mention that there may be red tape on the app. You already have my information because i bank with you so why the need to fill in all the info again?
