I have ordered a while now for a wedding a suit and few stuff for my husband order done 21st of October they made me pay tax 458 plus they deducted off my account and the package cost over 1000 package late... wedding over I still don't have a refund or my package . I called Buffalo they tell me it's not in they control no package not even a sorry we late call or anything I don't want this package I want my money

Takealot very unprofessional and can do false advertising
In January I ordered 4 products because there was a promo going in late Jan early Feb if you rate any products you will be Guaranteed a voucher worth R50-R1000 in vouchers I rated all 4 got one voucher for 50..thinking I would get for the other 3 still waiting... I then sent a email to takealot the agent told me they are escalating but he closed my query and said my 50 rand voucher will be given back to me which that was not asked for I wanted my vouchers for the 3 products that was promised and the agent is not even glued up to what he was emailing.... I've always purchased through takealot but this is lying... I would like my 3 vouchers for the products I've rated that's it

I transfered R1000 in this and I done it on a R1000 deposit, when I checked my balance upon transferring I had R1000 no bonus was granted to me because I even logged off and on... I played won about R2000 with my R1000 made R3000 wanting to withdraw they say I only have R2000 because when I do a withdrawal my bonus is taken away I understand but I wasn't given my bonus what ******s I want full statement which happened on the 19 May 2023...i will never deposit money on this site again!

I have not received my withdrawals
I have made withdrawal for R500 on the 15 December and 14 December 2022 for R1500. from absa cash I phoned numerous times and kept saying 24 hours today I phoned a rude guy answered as if I owe him money... Think it's about time I go to other source really pathetic

Expired everything in checkers horizon view
I bought my child flings from checkers in horizon view in Roodepoort it was expired I left it as I go to this store everyday... The today I bought cream for my hands and when I seen the expiring date was for 2021 they don't check stock or what's happening in this checkers?

Worse service ever
I boight 2 pairs for my kids in October 2022 the 25th. I sent emails and even called the couriers Dnd to find out they cannot fi'd my package... I went there today still no one knows what happened to my package. So now what must happen? My package was said it will be delivered before the 22nd of November it is now over a month I would like my refund please!!

Worst service never again!!
The worst **** test service and I will never order from shein because of them! I called 3 times this week 1st caller no we will respond to your WhatsApp never have they read it for a week. I called Tuesday the only person that helped then called today a rude guy answered like he doesn't want to work or as if I owe him money I will never make use of this again.... If you wanna order online zando and takealot way better

No collection but package canceled
I purchased 2 items for my daughter for her birthday a laptop and microphone both damaged I requested for the stuff to be collected not 1 person has called me. The collection has been canceled by them.! This is not the 1st time they let me down. Never ever will I order from them

They take my payments but dont give my withdrawals
I've done an payment to my Hollywood account the 18th march 2022. I won some funds done few withdrawals and im being declined because of a proof of payment how does this make sense i keep sending id pics proof of payment but i never get my money withdrawals...i make payments every month which i am not longer going to use this Hollywood bets can someone please give me a better casino as this is not for me.
