I am so upset and inconvenienced with Telkom I took mobile router contract in August 2023 even still today they still debit my bank account for contract that is finished. They call me everyday trying to persuade me to take new contract but I keep telling them I don't want to renew. Having contract with Telkom was the worst decision ever I had made. Their signal in most times is not available specially weekends worse now they are *****ing my money from the bank
I am very much disappointed and inconvenienced with the service of Sleepmaster in Ladysmith (Machison street). On 18 September 2023 I lay-byed a bed with the amount of R2000 assisted by Nomfundo Mkhize. Due to personal reasons I came back the following day 19 September to cancel the lay-by. I was informed that there would be a fee that would be incurred - which I wasn't happy about because it was a matter of few hours. Up to this day-over a month I haven't been refunded 😡. There is no communication whatsoever. I am so inconvenience and frustrated. When I took time to go to the shop yesterday I was told they don't know why I am not funded and nothing was done still . 😡😡😡😡😡
I am extremely disappointed of Finchoice. I used to deal with them few years ago. I took a loan again last month and they updated my profile. Now they have ruined my credit rating because of debiting on the incorrect date and debit order was unpaid and I incurred a fee. On top of that the amount payable for the loan is different to the amount debited because the consultant performed WRONGFUL SELLING! She captured a funeral plan that I was not told about. I am disgusted with Finchoice I wish I never dealt with them.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I am very disappointed with Ingnition Group who is contracted to offer services for MTN products. I was offered package with all the wrong information. This is a disgrace and I wonder how MTN liase with such incompetent people, their integrity is also to be questioned. Bottom line I can not pay for 2 years contract for the product I do not need
Very disappointed with the service and misleading information I received from the Consultant who offered me upgrade on both my contracts and I stated I was unemployed and I need data to job hunt and I was offered airtime and told I can convert to data. Now I am told I cannot and amount due differs to the agreement. I want contract forfited with immediate effect. Router 0717179534
I made double payment on acc 49859280 in error intending to pay a different acc 96914602. I was so unhappy with the service I received from the agent Justin at the Durban call center. Who refused to assist me telling me it cannot be done I requested to be transferred to someone senior which he did not, and I also requested to be called back as I was running out of airtime he did not bother to do that either. I feel so discriminated because I'm female and black. He didn't take my issue serious, only it was another race this would have been sorted with no issue. Multichoice please address this issue and I want my line 96914602 to be open before the end of the day.
I am very disappointed with the service of First Metro Housing Avoca Hills in Durban . They are there to help poor people of South Africa who cannot afford to buy houses but they make their lives a living hell. I have been billed more than once the arrears that I do not have. When I ask for clarity I get threatened for eviction. Month by month I get charged double rent
