They took more than 8 months just to install 1 Tombstone and the full amount was paid. After several followups and requesting a refund they come and do a 2 cent job with spelling errors and go. You inform them that there are spelling errors they jus say they will fix and never comes back to you. If you want a tombstone for your loved ones never trust this *****sters.

You call reception they say they transfer you to the department that deals with the renewal, the phone just hangs up, while you waited for more than 30 minutes on line. I made renewal 8 days back and i have paid the status says paid but no certificate is uploaded. Can someone be accountable please.
Kholofelo from polokwane branch is not like if you stay with our invoice for more than 5 days you will get a promotion. We get respond as soon as we log our query FROM OTHER SC's, if it goes to you it takes forever. Sesi pull up your socks your disappointing. If management can't tell you,head office have to do something with you. Your arrogant and think you own NHBRC. We are in construction and it inconvinience us to renew and not get feesback as soon as we expect.
Just cancel the online applications because no update what so ever. I have renewed my vehicle license on the 25th August even today i never received any feedback from this department. Their lines are not working, no one respond to their e-mails or social media pages. What kind of department is this? They promise that you will get your renewal in 3 days but it have been forever. I can't track, I can't get in touch with the department. I am even thinking myb i have been scammed cause is blue tick everwhere. I am so much disappointed. Why introduce online platforms which will not be utilised? Just cancel your website and social media accounts. Useless🚮

Received a massage on the 25th that R408.63 will be deducted from my account on the 26th. On the deduction date only R110 was deducted from my account.No commucication or whatsoever which explains to me that i have to make another payment since they deducted partial amount which is the previous subscription amount.Received a massage today which says my services have been terminated cause my account is outstanding.On top of that i am charged R50 which these was not my fault cause my account was having money they just choose to deduct portion of the initial amount. Is this a money making scheme by robbing clients without informing them accordingly? If you can treat me like this how many south africans are treated the same and charged R50 which its not their fault?Its unfair how you make millions in marketshare while poor people are suffering because of your incompitence.
I bought furniture frm lebowakgomo store on 29 November, till today my furniture is not delivered because they don't allow customers to collect with their own transport. What kind of service is this?Can you please change the way you do your things cauz is totaly wrong and the worst part no one updates you about your products when will you receive them.I went to the store to enquire the salesperson seems lost doesn't even know the reasons why my furniture is not delivered while we agreed to receive them on wednsday the 4th December.Please please allow us to bring our own transport to collect our staff because we paid in cash. This is totaly poorest service and all the reviews is about delivery problems.
In September I was contacted by the consultant from these company and told me about an account from capitec which i settled in August with capitec. I explained to her that i have the proof of payment where should i send, she gave me an e-mail adress and we also chat on whatsap on the company's account i send the proof of payment. The respond was only on whatsapp that the p.o.p was noted. Since that day i never got a call from them thought everything was sorted. To my suprice the sheriff was send to my home .... if that is the case which steps should i take because i have been getting threats because of their incompetence?
