Very arrogant employee
Kekeletso or keketso the lady that has braids from standard bank the Glen jhb south letabe i visited the bank i think around 11am.Kekelsto you need serious and proper training. What you did is disgusting . .dont you know that everytime you go to home affairs pictures gets updated in thier system and in your system as well .for you to to call 3 other employees juss to discuss about my expired passport that it is not even in need or wasnt an issue.it doesn't make sence becoz in south Africa we use ID if the other lady took my fingerprints and you saw that it was veryfy that was me is not my fault ,that the picture on the system and my id dont match .it didnt match becoz i told you guys that my picture got updated when i went to do my sons id .what i hated the most is i was following you on your back and you didnt see that iwas at your back when you started talking about me with those three ladies .were you not at work didnt you have other jobs to do to keep you busy instead gossiping about customers behind your back.why were you making something that is not an issue to be ?i told you that i dont have a passport bocoz is expired and the the other lady that assisted me she knows her job well that its possible that my picture that is showing can be an updated pic of a passport. So i had to explain to her that no it wasnt it was updated last year when i ap**** my sons id .and wena ke gossip girl you made sure you embarrassed me infront of your colleagues. dont you know as south Africans we can as well travelles out to overseas aslo.girl go get a passport and go to a vacation.its like kekeletso doesnt know in mzansi we can aply passport aslo.but you really broke my heart .keep your self busy at work .and never talk about a client while thier still in the bank atleast you should have waited for me leave .then do what you best at .

Mtn is the Worst service ever very pathetic workers
Mtn dissapointed me to the end iys almost 3weeks thier failling to return my money i need my money back i returned all the devices unused stil packaged now you asking me bank letters and statement what type of ******* is this everytime i call different story no one willing to help very unprofessional workers thats why i have been using cell c for 15years no single problem i was juss giving you guys a chance you failed with you pathetic service even mondior letabe mtn branch is the worst Southgate workers dont even know thier own work its like there is no proper training strue .

Returning order
Bought some clothes at Puma online not happy with the quality of thier clothes tried to return it back i cant get help i keep getting messages that says my order couldn't be picked up becoz im not ready to send it really does that make sense .how can i log a return if im not ready .pliz come collect ur clothes your product sucks a lot .your service is worse

Very bad service
I visited pedros chicken Hilbrow last week Saturday with 6 family members around 13. 00pm to 15.00pm we looked for a table to sit there were three tables that were dirty we asked the cashier if she can send someone to clean our table a lady came and clean the table half way s****s were on the floor and serviets soaked in cool drink she left our table and disappeared we sat on that dirty table for about 15min no one came to assist us until my dad started complaining. I went to the counter again and asked the workers they were just standing folding their hands about six of them Bongi laughed at me when I asked her that's how they treat customers she burst out of laugh as if she couldn't control herself it took about 30min for our table to be cleared and it was not the only one we were so dissatisfied with the service we received from pedros chicken hilbrow I worked for nandos for 3years I was taught that customers comes first. improve ur service and train ur staff how to assist customers as for Bongi she is not fit to work for pedros no one takes customers as a joke. She underrated us and she never even say sorry.

Best restaurant
Spurs is the best rastaurent so far esp goldreef city that where I usually spend family time dining. Including kiddies meal are the best my daughter enjoys riblets with smiley potatoes.

Pathetic service pep Ridgeway
Visited pep store Ridgeway this morning to send my parcel via pax the stuff is very rude was told to pack my parcel on my own and seal it what kind of cruelty is this what if I add a very dangerous weapon inside they didnt even check what I was sending I was told to help my self is crazy shame. Ur staff need proper training.

Very traumatised about my experience
Received a call this morning from one of ur team the guy really harassed me telling me that I can't speak or understand English he would like to suggest onother language for me that's very offending it is my right to not accept or agree with any of the the things that he was mentioning. I have never got a call like that before always ur staff is so respective and polite this guy need a proper training.
