Terrible experience, they refuse to close my account. I requested for a statement of account to close my account. They sent it to me, I paid the amount in full and made them aware that my bank account is closed and will be paying via eft. After I made the payment they tried to debit another amount from my bank account, which I don’t know what it is for. I contacted them to close the account again, they told me to pay another amount to close the account, which they I did. I followed up again for the third time, now they are telling me to pay an additional amount because they tried to debit my bank account and it bounced. Some of the telephone consultants are very rude, another one said she is reaching out to management and never got back to me. They are just sending me from pillar to post.
Terrible experience with them. I’ve been sent pillar to post regarding my retrenchment claim. Sending all documents and told they are not received, sending again and again. And keep spending money trying to call them only to be told about “management” Poor service
Visited Thavhani mall Wimpy, even tried the customer care, no luck. The most draining experience ever. Terrible experience, sat for over 30mins without anyone attending to us, when I inquired, stuff at the counter gave a horrible attitude still waited for over 10mins and didn’t get service. Would never recommend or visit. Opted to order online they apparently don’t know how to scan the QR code given.
A faulty device was sent to me, doesn’t come on. They say they will bring a Technician “soon” with no time frame. Consultant respond before understanding your problem and end up answering things you didn’t inquire about.
Best service and friendly staff. Sekitla went an extra mile to assist me and is very patient. Thobani was very friendly. Their efforts in welcoming and assisting customers are exceptional
If you are reading reviews before moving in with a Property under Mafadi, save yourself the horror. It is terrible. These people are simply taking money from tenants, but you don’r receive value for it.
There is a noise policy form that you sign, which was another reason I chose the accommodation. This place is chaotic, there is so much noise in the driveway in the night, mind you the windows are not sound proof so it means your sleep must be disturbed. The securities are on another level of unprofessionalism - one time they asked me why I am entering the property coz they don’t know me, what if I am coming to disturb my cheating husband - that time I am a full tenant- I don’t know if I should walk around with my lease because there is no system in place on entering the building when there is no electricity. The caretaker isn’t readily available to assist if need be, in order for him to assist, you need to first call the head office or someone above him. I got an old faulty stove, after moving in and stayed for a week without one.If you’re looking for value for money and peace of mind, in a nutshell I wouldn’t recommend this property.
The worst experience I have ever had in my years of renting. I was moved into a unit with no stove, then told it will come, but it keeps getting postponed. The drawer doesn’t work. Before moving in I asked several times to see the unit and if the unit is complete, I wasn’t assisted in terms of viewing, kept getting postponed until I moved in and found this disaster.
I just want to share the best experience I’v had recently with Pick n pay Carlton Centre. I’ve previously had bad experiences there, as a regular customer I’ve been getting lucky with an assistant called Mbali, she goes overboard to make sure exceptional customer experience on the till and on the floor - for me so far, She is the best there
I ordered online, worst thing ever, you would expect better from an established brand. I received a dirty dress and wrong cream, ordered a day cream and received a night cream. The powder was missing a sponge.. I tried to go to the store,mall of africa, worst experience ever, rude sales people ever, they refused to assist or give advise on how to go about it.
