my boss bought items from you, that arrived 3 weeks late. I requested the items to be collected and refunded as it arrived so late. you have had the items for a month now and no refund! I sent the confirmation of the bank details 3 weeks ago and still nothing!! No replies to my emails or calls being put down! This is unacceptable! Where is the refund?
I have never worked with such a helpful, kind, goes out of her way agent in my life! Thank you Carryn from the Constantia Rental division. Not only did she find my dream home, but she has gone out of her way to help me with every little thing, from numbers for gardeners or security to giving me advice to buy items etc. So kind and so unbelievable!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I got an email from them saying they have my item in stock at their Montague Gardens warehouse. So i ordered... Once money cleared they email me syaing they dont have in stock... i complain and i get told via email they do have in stock. I even got a call to organise the delivery... to get the rudest call today (the delivery day) to say they dont have stock! What on earth is going on there??? They just want to steal clients money and not give the stock!! The story changes all the time, just to get the money! STAY AWAY!!! THEY STEAL MONEY!!!
Shocking service! 2 pairs of shoes were ordered in my size but when i got them they were small, so i contacted Zando straight away and emailed them about a return. I was told someone would collected them on 26th March. I know during lockdown level 5 they couldnt do anything but in level 4 they are working and also couriers work. Zando is in Cape Town, not even 15min from where i live. But ive gotten ZERO reply from them. Its been nearly 2months! No communication nothing!!! Now online says i cant return it! Ive got emails as proof! I want my items returned and refunded ASAP! Disgusted with their so called customer service!
On 21 March an order was put with Woolworths online. on 26 March i received 1 item, which was a non food item, then on 3 April i received half of the food items, except it shows online and on the invoice that was received that all food was delivered, which is NOT true! No communication at all about it. No one answers phones or emails. I understand we in a lockdown but you cant charge someone for food that was not delivered! Thats THEFT!!!!!! Woolworths STOLE my money! Order number o754915027 I want my refund ASAP! or any kind of communication! STAY FAR AWAY FROM WOOLWORTHS ONLINE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
Numerous times ive gone to the Constantia Emporium store and been overcharged on items and also specials they advertise arent on your system. The staff are clueless!! its so bad that they tell me im wrong and theres no prices on the shelf that support my claim, that i have to go physically myself to fetch the price tag to show them and all i get was attitude! The manager is even worse, he cant even apologize and still tries to argue im wrong when im showing him the price tag! this has happened a few times! Ive put it out on our local facebook page and turns out it has happened to MANY people! If you go to Pick n Pay or Woolworths, they apologize and make sure it doesnt happen again, at Checkers you dont care at all about your customers - you rather enjoy stealing from them!
I Would give minus stars! 2nd time the driver has stolen my food. When i contact the so called customer support team, they dont know anything! Just typical robot replies. NO apologies, no refunds nothing! UBEREATS are Thieves! They dont check on who they hire and dont care about their customers!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
After complaining on this site, Makro commented saying they will get back to me in 48 hours... They have not and they wont reply to my comments to them. DO NOT ORDER from them! i ordered 2 Terrace Leisure Manor Textilene Loungers and both were broken on delivery on 16 October! I have emailed them, called them and even reported it on their site since its an online order and all the 30 people i spoke to can say is we have escalated it but NOTHING has been done! NEARLY 2 MONTHS LATER! They steal your money and give broken items. Once they have stolen your money they dont care at all about you!
16 October i received 2 Terrace Leisure Manor Textilene Loungers, both were broken when they arrived. i have called over 30 times, emailed them and went through return/repair on their website and i still am sitting with broke loungers. All their staff say is we are sorry and have escalated the issue... but no solutions! im beyond furios with the service!!! nearly 2 months and no one can help or do their jobs!!!!
