On 29 November 25, I placed an online order for a basic box of Huletts Equisweet Sugar. On the same day, it was handed to the Courier Wumdrop. On Monday 1 December I received an email that the delivery Failed because they phoned the recipient but there was no answer. (the recipient is an elder hence ME PLACING THE ORDER!) WHAT A LAME EXCUSE. I told them and gave them instructions to deliver at the address they have. There is nothing to confirm. The delivery address is EXACTLY the address they have to deliver to. I requested on numerous occasions for the parcel to be delivered. Wumdrop then confirmed that Makro refused to give them the package. On Thursday 4 December Wumdrop confirmed that they waited 4HOURS at Makro for the package but the failed to give them the parcel. IF WUMDROP JUST DELIVERED THE PARCEL AS INSTRUCTED, THIS REVIEW WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEND. Until this day, I HAVE NO DELIVERY BECAUSE WUMDROP is *********** of delivering parcels and does not know how to follow instructions.

Yesterday 8 December Makro calls me again and confirms that my parcel will now be delivered today. Its 16:30 and still no delivery was made. I have requested x3 times to refund my order + delivery fee. But then they call me and promises a delivery. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP. I WILL NOT WAIT A DAY LONGER FOR EITHER THE PACKAGE OR THE REFUND. What you are doing to customers is unprofessional and *********. I will never support Makro or use Wumdrop ever again
On 4 April I have placed an order. As always ASAP! fails do get it right. When my order arrived, I saw that my order number sticker is on the bag, but the items inside was not mine!! I have since attempted to call asap! to no avail. There is never, like in NEVER any answer. As I type this I am already holding for 12min. I sent emails, with no response. Saturday I received an email asking to rate the service I have received?? Like WHAT SUPPORT???? NO SUPPORT has been received. 6 April, I sent another email requesting when I will be receiving a response and my refund. Nombulelo Khasa has rep**** and confirmed that they will process my refund. I went on the app to see whether the refund was process, and saw that only R68.00 was refunded?? After 15min of holding, someone answered, and escalated my query, like realy?? I am so sick of Pick and Pay. I dont even know Why I still use there "asap!" service. 60/60 all the way!
Joh! The fastest delivery ever! I ordered 18/09 @11h00. The courier collected my order at 16h00ish and was delivered 19/09 before 08:00am. Super impressed. I can get used to this type of service.
PPN is the worst! So every 2 years I do my optical exam between Jan-Mar. 2022 I could not test between Jan-Mar because I was pregnant and the Optometrist advise to wait 3 months after delivery for hormones to stabilize. 2022 I had to wait until June. So this year PPN told me that because I only tested in June I now have to wait until June again which is a disadvantage to me. On 19 March SpecSavers submitted an enquirie and it was declined. The did a motivation and PPN then ACCEPTED the claim as per their SMS to me on 22 March. SpecSavers also confirmed that PPN accepted the claim and proceeded with the order. On 16 April I received a statement confirming that PPN declined to pay the order because I DO NOT have benefits. Keep in mind that they ACCEPTED the claim March. When I called PPN they NOW all of a sudden did not receive the motivation they received in march. Specsavers resubmitted the motivation on 16 April and then DECLINED the claim for clinical facts. PPN refuse to understand that March and June falls within the same year 2024!!!! I cant test now and again in June??? Its the same YEAR!!! What difference would it make to accept the claim 3 months prior???? Its STILL THE SAME YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am without glasses at the moment because PPN refuse to pay the claim THEY ACCEPTED IN MARCH. I will definitely take this further.
Pick and Pay Springs Mall are the worst!!! So I have ordered once again on ASAP. This time my wipes I ordered was not delivered even though it’s on my invoice. I asked the driver where is my wipes. He said they don’t look inside the packets. There is NO NUMBER that we can contact them on. There’re totally useless. I want my credit so I can buy wipes Again!!
ZERO stars. I am NOT happy with the fact that I am paying insurance when MIWAY is not delivering. Last week i received a bakkie from the panel beaters that is NOT repaired. The headlamps are not working due to PIRATE PARTS. The aircon is not working. The breaks and traction control is not working. I sit with a vehicle that is HIGH RISK due to the fact that the brakes ARE NOT WORKING due to a damaged speed sensor that MIWAY refuses to replace because Lars Sebaka alleged that the speed sensor where damaged in a PREVIOUS accident.... WHAT ACCIDENT?????????????? From the get go, Jessica is NOT communicating with me, I have to complain first before she calls me back. She STILL has not returned my calls. NOR did Lars, or Justin. It is my vehicle, surely I would have known if MY vehicle were in an accident as I have to claim to get it repaired!! This morning, the vehicle's breaks locked x2 and sliding, almost hitting 2 other vehicles!!!!!!!!!!!! I need this assessor to stop alleging and start doing his work properly. This sensor needs to be either fixed or replaced ASAP, if this vehicle is in another accident I will hold MiWay responsible for ALL the costs of repairs. "MIWAY, WHERE WE DO THINGS YOUR WAY" Oh please, Your service is awfull. I am not leaving this matter here. I want this sorted ASAP!
Why do we even complain if nothing is ever done. We submitted a claim, the panel beaters have confirmed the booking for the vehicle to be repaired while MiWay is not assisting in any way. I have requested numerous call backs from Jessica Sekwane for us to finalise the car rental. She just NEVER Call back. Today the vehicle is booked in with NO car rental. I am SUPER disgusted with the service I am receiving it is not even funny.
So we submitted a claim late last year due to an accident. From 12 January 2023 I have requested Palesa on numerous occasions to call me back to discuss the additional deductions from the claim amount. It has been WEEKS AND STILL I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY CALLS. If this is the service that I am going to receive when submitting a claim, I would rather move my insurance elsewhere.
Where is the ZERO star for rating a service. I have submitted my Maternity Claim in March this year. Until this day NO ONE has contacted me regards to my claim. It has been 8 months! We as women are not allowed to work for 4 months while on maternity leave but the dept refuses to pay out our benefits. THE BENEFITS THAT WE AS WORKING PEOPLE PAY FOR. Every time I call it is the same excuse: "your claim is still to be approved" WHAT? it has been months.!! How long can it take to approve a VALID CLAIM!!! You dont have money to pay our benefits!!! Our money has been taken. The money that should cover expenses for being on maternity leave. No wonder South Africa is the way it is. No one should wait this long for THEIR BENEFITS THAT THEY ACTUALLY CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS. And as usual, I wont get a response from this as well. Pathetic.
