I received a call on Friday 17/10/2025 from a lady called Thandi at 14:20 and this lady insulted me for not wanting to take the services.if this is what this company is all about, insulting people for not taking their services then people should know about it. Yma management please listen to this call recording and discipline her, that's how you talk to your customers
I took a 25mbps MTN Home wifi contract and I don't even get what I'm paying for every month.the internet is so slow.when I visit their store to report my problem, the staff there says I must cancel the contract. MTN doesn't value their customers anymore or they are operating with *********** staff.
CellC loaded their emergency airtime on my number without my consent and expect me to pay it back with interest.when I ask them to take it back before I use it,they don't want to and now I can't recharge because I don't want to pay debt that I don't know.i even wonder if this isn't against ncr laws because they need to check if I can afford to pay the credit and I need to agree and sign
After loading R260 airtime,Cell C loaded R30 of Emergency airtime and that doesn't make sense as I had R260 of airtime to buy 100G.Consultant Smangele said there's nothing they can do.so meaning I was given advance airtime by force and will have to pay it with interest, ref 401080234.Vodacom/MTN please on how I can port to your network
Cell C please stop harassing me with your contract that expired, your SSDA is harassing me. You retrenched me and I filled the forms that I don't want to continue with the staff line,the line was terminated apparently on the 10th of April but I filled the forms early february,it was not my mistake that you didn't close the account in time.the account was removed from my profile when I logged dispute with credit bureau and I have a proof. Stop harassing me.
Motus Ford Germiston broke my heart and blaming their head office. I purchased a vehicle and wanted to surprise my daughter on her birthday which was Saturday,motus Ford promised to deliver on Saturday morning.the paperwork was condluded, Friday I got the call from them that they won't deliver as head office stopped them and the sales manager doesn't even know why.they can only deliver in ten days
So much disappointment from Ford SA head office.i bought a car and asked them to deliver and finalized everything.just a day before delivery,the head office decides to stop all deliveries not caring about customers who had already bought.my child's birthday was a total turn off as I could not keep my promises to her
Takealot lady at the front desk in Upington is so rude.for the second time,today I went to collect my parcel and upon my arrival and greeted the lady 3 time and she was just staring at he phone and she didn't even care.it happened previously and today again.that's poor service

I lost my policies due to incompetence of oldmutual staff. 1.Forged my signature ad made someone couldn't make changes on my policy. 2 they loaded incorrect debit date and the moment they never found money on that date, they said my policy has lapsed. I took it up with them. I was left hanging for 2 months now while they 'investigate'. What if I lose my loved one and can't burry them. Mogammad Mintin, Coleen Aanhuizen, Kauthar Isaacs. These are the people involved in this matter and left me hanging. Kauthar found the document on their system showing exact date I gave in writing to oldmutual for my debits, but they decided to debit a day before my pay day and now they punish me their customer. THAT IS CRUEL
