Bought a pair of sneaker by Superbalist of R1600 to find 3 months after purchasing it and obviously wearing it it tore on the side which is undetectable and close to the sole. According to the CPA and laws that are in place for consumers warranty of defect items is 6 months from date of purchase. I had this sneaker for 3 months and not even wearing daily or does not do heavy walking and running, yet it broke after 3 months and Superbalist refuse to replace or refund. I find this completely unacceptable as I did not inspect the shoe when I purchased it as it seems like there could have been a small tear which obviously tore further due to me wearing it. Are their goods even legit, because New Balance are supposed to be a good brand and with me having so many sneaker, it never happened to any of my other sneakers.
I read through the reviews and felt compelled to write this review. I am not sure whether people are having bad days and then decide to just write bad reviews as a form of venting. I've been dealing with the Courier Guy Cape Town for years, I've never had a communication or delivery issue with them on a personal level and business level. What I mean on personal level is that I also make use of their service for personal deliveries or collections, then also business. I have only received exceptional service. If a parcel cannot be delivered or collected on time I receive communication which is courtesy, really not sure why people are having communication issues, guess it depends on the branch you're using, but then the Cape Town guys should show the other regions how to render a good service.
My son was supposed to depart Mthata Ultra City which is the pick up point and the driver drove away from my son. My cousin even drove after the bus and alerted the driver that he was supposed to stop at the pick up point but he just showed my cousin that he will turn around and he never turned around. The office is so small and everyone has to sit on the grass outside but their intercom is not working properly and when your bus arrive the driver goes to the office to search for the passengers in the office but everyone is outside due to the office being so small and if you not in the office he drives away. Is this even fair, you pay all this money especially in season then they make it out to be your fault but they don't have processes and functional equipment in place. I read the reviews and see they don't refund but it's ok for the driver to leave without a passenger knowing the passenger is not on board. To top it off, after my third call the agent told me my son is onboard, but he wasn't which means the driver ticked him off on his records to cover his ass. BAD SERVICE. Will never use their service again or recommend their service. There are alot of other bus services now available.

I am so disappointed with this service provider the fact that they block clients accounts without notification. I booked my vehicle in with the idea i will use my account to make payment which is the reason I have mobicred, to find my account is blocked due to their technical errors, so unprofessional. Now i need to leave my car with the dealership until such time they sort out their technical issues and also pay people to transport me home from work and back again. Such an inconvenience and cost of money . Very disappointed.
Would give this Beauty salon a 0 if I could. I started going to this women approximately 2 years ago because I wanted extensions and after numerous searches on the internet I came across her salon. Was that the worse ever. I would not recommend anyone to this salon as she can't even blow dry co**** hair let alone know how to handle co**** hair. At the time she was my only option until one day she said to me, I should be lucky for the prices she charges as her prices is cheaper. we, newsflash, I've found 3 professional salons within the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town that charges so much cheaper for so much more and better service. She lets you wait after you've made an appointment and then she does people within her little shopping centers' hair and tells you what you paying you should not be complaining. Is this how you treat your clients that's paying your salary? The worse salon I've been to. She's bragging about being a stylist of over 20years, well the quality of her doesnt proof that. She cannot blow dry at all. My hair even broke off when she Brazillian blow dried my hair..The worse salon in Salt River
Would rate them 0 if i could. The worse service provider. I've only been a client of Vodacom since end Oct 2022, however end of December the handset I took out on contract with them was faulty and they repaired it. on 03 January I collected the handset, to find on the 08th the same problem occurred and I took the handset back to repairs Vodacom Century City and demanded a new device as per CPA. Furthermore, my account was debited for the first 2 months and nothing thereafter and to find that they reported my account to Experian as arrears and late payment, not due to a fault of my own, but because they don't debit the account as they should and as per agreement. I am taking this matter further as they cannot damage a consumers' credit score the way they do due to their incompetent staff and systems. This is totally unacceptable. Vodacom is discussing
I would rate them a 0 if it was a option. I bought a Samsung A33 from them at the end of October 2022. In December 2022 my charging block became a problem and I could not take charge my phone. I took my phone to Vodacom repairs in Century City on 22 December 2022 and received my phone on 03 January 2023. On the 08th of January less than 5 days ago my phone is giving the same problems and repairs are telling me telephonically I must take it back for repairs me having to be another 14 days without a phone not even offering a loan phone. This is unacceptable and according to the CPA you need to replace the device if purchased within 6 months. The device is less than 3 months old. POOR SERVICE. Will never purchase from Vodacom again
Worse service ever. If i could rate a 0 i would've gladly given them just that. You pay for overnight service and the goods are'nt even delivered to what you pay for. Please people do not make use of their service the worse ever i've dealt with. The Courier Guy is the best I've ever dealt with in Cape Town and will remain with them.
Blissful beauty in Langeberg Ridge Durbanville is an amazing Salon and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.Been to many salons before, but this one i will strongly recommend. Excellent service. Keep up the good work ladies
