Very very bad experience. My Temu order has been out for delivery since last week Wednesday day...To date, 17 December I have not received anything. Their customer line is not working. No one is answering. I urgently need my order to be delivered
Complete ****. They only call you when they trying to convince you to sign up with them They only call you during the sign up process Afterwards, you won't hear from them again. Creditors will reach out and continue to harass you. You will request call backs, mail them and they will not revert. I am disappointed.
Linteg has been extremely unhelpful as a service provider. I have been without a connection for two weeks now...my TV and laptop are completely unusable, and only my phone remains connected. GAIA claims they are not responsible and insists that Linteg should resolve the issue, while Linteg, in turn, denies responsibility and refuses to take action. Frankly, I don’t care which of the two companies is at fault—I just want my service restored. I am paying for a connection I haven’t had for two weeks, and this lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I am writing this with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the way my recent ***** case was handled. As a loyal customer, I entrusted your institution with not just my money, but with the confidence that you would protect it and me when it mattered most. Unfortunately, that trust has been severely shaken. I was ****med under your watch, and despite reporting the incident promptly, I have had to wait nearly two months just to be told that I will not be refunded a single cent. This was not a minor loss. It was a significant amount of money that has set me back both financially and emotionally. While I acknowledge my own naivety in the moment, I was called and asked the kinds of questions that, when coming from a bank — especially in a time where ****s are growing more sophisticated — seemed entirely plausible. If I was asked the right questions, in the right tone, from someone who clearly understood your processes, why wouldn’t I comply? What adds to the sting is the feeling that I’ve been left alone to deal with the consequences, despite putting my trust in your systems and your people. The lack of timely communication, empathy, and real resolution has made me feel completely unsafe keeping my money with you moving forward. Two months is an unreasonably long time to wait for such devastating news. And the outcome leaves me feeling like your protection systems failed me, and then your aftercare let me down again. I hope you take this as a serious reflection of a customer who truly expected more from an institution that claims to care.
Bad Service- always quiet. Only on your case when they need something but now it is time to share paid up letter, they just quiet after requesting this for 7 days
Bad service from day 1. Only call when they want something. It is now time to provide paid up letter, now they are quiet. Been requesting this for 7 days
Worst service ever Slow to respond to mails Not consistent I was suppose to be done with my debt review November.I requested my paid up letter thrice since 25 November. No one has gotten back to me.Only for me to see now there is another payment due for December.I have screenshots that proves I was suppose to be done. This was also verbally communiced via call. This journey felt shady all the way.The only time I felt like they had my back was when I was signing up
Do not sign-up with Debt busters. You will never get any call back upon request. One can never reach them. I was wrongfully debitted more than my agreement. It has been a full week and no one has gotten in touch. All you get is a generic mail about waiting 15 days.
Worst Experience Ever.Got an SMS yesterday saying the following: Dear Dene, We regret to inform you of recent debit error on your bank account. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, if your account is debited in error, we'll refund you within 24 hours. Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Please report any erroneous debits via email admin@boostloans.co.za or WhatsApp (https://wa.link/9eto8e). Thank you for your understanding and continued support. KR Boost Loans I did not think much of this SMS because I have not been dealing with them and have no affilliation. This morning I Woke up...my salary was gone. They debitted be in 5 increments: R1363.20 R2452.14 R2031.75 R2047.80 R2650.00 Total: 10544.89 I am at a loss for words. I have responsibilities.
Debt Busters is a ****.My debt collectors are still calling me demanding payments yet I am faithfully debited by Debt Busters (hyphen) every month. I cannot reach a single agent. They are not reachable via mail, calls or whatsapp. My statement from Hyphen also no longer includes son of the biggest accounts that needs payments. I am concerned
