Dear Icasa, I'm in Dre need of consumer help . I went into an agreement with MRP Mobile after they constantly call me to buy an iPad mobicell from then for 79.00 per month. Since I bought the phone arrived much later than their promise it gave me problems. Battery exhausted within a day f fully charging,cannot hear anyone on the phone,unless I put it n speaker,and then cannot download anything, although I have data. I lodge a complaint numerous times,where the promised the iPad will be collected by RAN it's two months later and I still sit with the faulty phone,and they not deduct money from my account. I stopped it with my Bank,despite I asked them t cancel this,as they did commit in their side. Can you help E,as I want them out of my life. The se with Telkom ebbing me from data . Regards
Dear Support, I have been calling since I received this stupid iPad. I cannot hear nor download and the battery dies same day I charge this device. I have been calling two flippen months with no joy,and in I'm gatvol of calling with no action.. I will stop all payments,and banking details. You can hand me over I don't care as I have no joy from your incompetent staff. It is sad that I had to resort to bad language,as I had it with you...I am seriously frustrated,as they deduct money from my banking account,and I cannot use the device, which I reported same week. This is not fair and against consumer practice.i spoke to Avinash the supervisor who made promises,and don't honour same. It's disgusting.. I want nothing to do with any of MRP mobile ..it's the worst service I had in a long time. Is this South Africa,and how you treat people,then you have a long way to learn customer services . Your supervisor did not even commit to his promises..all this **** in talking and no action does not work for me. I am exposing you to consumer ombudsman. Regards Salegga
The most incompetent staff,and the used by equally incompetent Snatcher. They take your money,and cannot deliver services,making false promises. The order has been on delivery since the 25 th of May...Does it take that long to Deliver to Cape Town. The audacity this guy has to tell me to call the Cape Town offices. Really...Your services don't deserve a rating.
Snatcher is the worst company to place an order with. 14 days later and no order received. Most incompetent staff and Courier services I have ever dealt with. They don't even have the decency to call. Telling me I should call the Cape Town branch,as I came through Jhb branch,but the only nr advertised for you to call is the Jhb call me. Pathetic. Salegga
Dear Hello Peter, I placed an order 13 May 2020, and called them 18 May 2020, where I was promised an essential delivery. Till now no communication from Snatcher. Their services appalling. I am so disappointed in them. I placed an order with Take a lot same day, and has received on the 18th of May ...This is unacceptable. I would never placed an order with them ever again. Dear Hello Peter, Let me salute this Restaurant for the best service I have ever experienced. Not only do they sell the best pizza around.To me the best in the world. I wet there flat out for two weeks,yes heard me correctly...I ordered for two weeks pizza from the restaurant. Not the cheapest,but who cares if the pallet is satisfied? You may enquire,as I build a lovely relationship with the beautiful staff,Zee in particular. They great,and has the best view. Go try it please...nothing tops this,as I had my fair share of pizza hunting..not even in Italy I could find anything that beats this..thank you Asara for everything... Salegga Petersen
Dear Hello Peter, FedEx Nande called me the Wednesday wrt to a parcel to be delivered to me within 48 hrs of payment.
