09.01.2026 Debt Busters contacted me yesterday and today 2 CONSULTANTS TWO VERY CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION GIVEN. Yesterday Devon - send supporting documents and affidavit for the reason I am short paying. Once the info has been received a 17.3 will be sent to creditors and payment arrangements can be made. Today Cindy - everything Devon told me is wrong. 17.3 can only be sent before a short payment is made. She is arranging a force debit for today and will make a payment arrangements for the shortfall and will confirm our conversation on email which I have not received yet. I need to let my bank know I will be paying short, I was told right in the beginning that debt busters communicates with creditors. So please tell who do I listen too? Why cant I just get one person at debt busters who knows the law, and who knows my business and most of all who knows customer service?? Unfortunately, life happened to me, I am trying to rectify it but it feels like debt busters dont give a damn about my name with the creditors. 12.01.2026 Another SMS telling me I am in arrears after the Force Debt was successful. Spoke with Zondi in Payments again was promised our arrangement would be emailed to me. Nothing to date. Only have verbal confirmation of the payment agreement. Zondi would get my Service Consultant, Unathi, to contact me, no communication at all received. Please all I want to know is: 1. Is my payment arrangement in order? 2. Did Debt Buster contact Nedbank and other creditors regarding my issue?
I am writing out of pure frustration with Debt Busters. I have been trying to get in touch since 29.12.2025 regarding my payment via email and phone calls. Emails tell me somebody will contact me which till today has not happened. Telephonically I hold on for 10+ minutes, when somebody answers the call dies or while talking the call goes died. I urgently need to make arrangements and when I previously logged here debt busters was fast to contact me.
1. Debt Busterd Consultant told me that Insurance is not included in my monethly premium, not even under the house bond. Which I cancelled and got an outside insurance company to cover my building insurance. 2. The insurance was removed under the bond, yet I am paying that same premium every month. I am now paying two insurance which one is cancelled and no refund has been made from Debt Busters Side. 3. As mentioned Debt Busters has not refunded me for the last 4 months I have been paying the premium and the monthly negotiated premium of my debt has not been reduced to clear the premium for the cancelled insurance. 4. The consultant I am dealing with keeps informing me "the case is still in the turn around time which was suppose to be 15 working days from 15 September 2025. 5. 27 October last communication received "Please be advised that the matter is still within the turnaround time, and I will only be able to escalate it on Thursday. Kindly note that Nedbank has confirmed the cancellation; however, we require an amended acceptance letter from Nedbank that excludes the insurance before we can officially remove the insurance allocation." 6. The reason for going under debt review is to assist in my debt not let me pay more.
Disgusting with their service. Been asking to move the outdoor cable for 7 weeks. Promises made to come out 3 times, no call to cancel or reschedule. I have to urgently break the wall down that the cable is resting on. I cancelled plans on Saturday because they would come out. It is so frustrating!!!!!!

I stopped [ayong my ackermans account for s fre mpnths to pay my mother's funeral who passed from covid. When that was done i made paymrnt arrangements. 3 months in they defaulted me. I paid my account up. It reflects in ackermans bank and on nimble's it shows paid up. Now i need my paid up letter urgently to set my credit report right and now the account is on hold. I was told this is what they do so the account goes back to ackermans and i never get my paid up letter and my credit report stays bad. Sure there had to be a body we can contact to sort them out as it seems like they ,rss with many peopled lifelyhood. They are not even worth one star.😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
I have been trying to cancel my free3 month vitality membership since January 22. Holding on the phone every time for longer then 5min to get a human to talk to me was costing me to much money. I keep sending queries via the website to cancel and still no response. Customer service is BAD!

I keep asking for them to remove themselves off my credit record as they have been on there since march 2021 and I have nothing to do with them. In fact I will never do business with Hollard ever again in my life. They have said they will remove me but they have not.
